The people at Delta V were incredible, as was the shop "dog" I played with in the morning I went--so cute.. shed lay down with her ball and push it to me with her paw and await the next throw everytime. My 2015 Golf-R needed all sorts of stuff I knew was coming ahead of time, so new front rotors and brakes, flushing brake fluid and radiator, Haldex Service, and the usual oil filter, air filter, and cabin filter and an inspection to top things off. I feel like my car is ready to go for the next year and was pretty stoked I didn't have to come back w the mailer coupon I had forgotten for a nice discount on $1500+ spent as they honored it with no fuss. There is nothing better than dealing with an honest mechanic rather than some go-between clerk, and my service experience was both timely and professionally handled. There's a genuine interest here to know customers. I'll be a lifelong customer while I reside in VA. 5 stars!

I took it in and Ron took a look at it and said, "You don't need shocks, take those back, in fact I doubt you will ever need them", and didn't charge me for anything. Which I never did and I still have that truck from 26 years later. The Ellis family have taken care of literally 5 extended members of my family, many many friends all with glowing reviews from them all about their personal experiences with them. Honest, kind, stand up Virginians who happen to be mechanical experts and who don't have to advertise because if you know, you know. 5 stars seem inadequate but guess that will have to do.

This time around my car overheated, AC broken again, not heating, and I was quoted for a little over 3k. Decided to get a second opinion and a quote at a different repair shop and paid 1,300 for the same service and additional services. I Never mentioned the AC to the new shop and now my AC is magically fixed. I thought if I paid more, my car is protected by experts. I was wrong. Sadly, after a few thousands invested through the years, I realized this business is not protecting your vehicle, it is overcharging their customers with minor work done in hopes they come back. (In my opinion) I don't recommend. There are real mechanics and shops that are interested in auto longevity and real labor prices.
