I forgot to ask for lean like I usually do but the brisket was not overly fatty. The meat was very smoky, very tender, and very flavorful. The portion was generous for $18. I would guess half a pound of each meat (?) The sauce on the table is a bit sweet and tangy. The BBQ beans were excellent. The potato salad was good but needed salt. We all enjoyed our meal.
