Took our dogs here to Camille's Dog Grooming Parlour. What an experience! Our dogs looked and smelled wonderful! She was very patient with our dogs as they tend to get a little nervous. I love that she takes pictures throughout their visit! Very clean space and she was very professional. Our boys looked so handsome! They have always been great there. We go there for all our grooming and boarding and they have gone above and beyond for our dog. They even recommended a health alternative vet for our allergy ridden dog, helping her a lot. The cost is even with most places, but the care is exceptional. read more

Every time we went to spoiled rotten the price was different. The last time we went it jumped and they said it was because our dog was active. Not to mention they only accept check or cash.... During Covid the employees were not wearing mask, which is a huge health risk to people coming in receiving services. The owner was incredibly rude and accused us of not brushing our dog. Overall, this was a sub par experience and we do not plan on going back. read more

First time boarding my two dogs here in June 2017. Smudge and Stella had to have separate rooms because they can't be trusted alone together.... And neither of them socialize well with other dogs so it is always hard on them in a kennel. They NEVER eat the first day or two, NEVER! Usually cannot even get them to take a treat, they are so stressed out. However, Kelly let me know they BOTH ate their food on the first day! I have been taking my dogs to Kelly and Chris at Spoiled Rotten for boarding for about 5 years now. I can not say enough good things about them. They love right on the premise, and their family members are neighbors. I love that the dogs do not stay in cages or cold concrete runs. Each dog has their own "little bedroom" with a doggie door and a doggie bed. They are a small facility, so they do not overbook, which I love. My 3 dogs stay I'm the largest room all together. They love going to Spoiled Rotten! Also at Spoiled Rotten they have huge fenced in yard space that each dog gets yard time. And unlike most places, they do not charge extra! They prices at Spoiled Rotten are very reasonable. I have referred Spoiled Rotten to SO many people, and everyone has been VERY PLEASED! Even my dad who drives from Orchard Park all the way out to Sanborn. I tell everyone that it is worth the little drive, to have piece of mind that your pets are in good hands. I believe they also have cat boarding in a separate part of the facility as well. For 10 years I have been taking my pup to Kelly and Chris at Spoiled Rotten Pet Spa. At other kennels my pooch is too nervous to eat due to stimulation from the barking and clatter. Spoiled Rotten's atmosphere is very comfy and cozy, each dog has their own themed bedroom with a doggie bed and outside run. Kelly is a groomer and the dogs play in the grooming area while she works. Back to the food, my dog munches eating when he is hungry therefore requires his food nearby 24/7. Other kennels refuse to do so or tell me they will, . Awhile ago when I picked Mickey up Chris commented Mickey is a night eater (he is!) and was snacking at 2AM. Puzzled I asked how he knew? Evidently one of their boarders was terrified of thunder, Chris and Kelly live in a house on the property and he got out of bed to comfort the dog hence heard Mickey crunching on his food in an adjacent room. I am a customer for 5 years and I never regret any day that I left Mel with Kelly. Every time when I need to leave her, I call the spa in advance and make the reservation. And because they are small (means that your dog will receive more attention than big pet boardings) it is very important to not let the reservation to the last hour. The boarding and grooming facility are very good and clean and when you see the rooms you understand that your dog is going to have enough space and peace to sleep and rest comfortable. And I have no doubts that the owners take a very well care of Mel, they are a very nice and kindly people. Spoiled Rotten Pet Spa is the best! The staff was great with my 3 boys even though they are not the most well behaved dogs. The kennels are extraordinary! Tile floors, toddler beds, and large outdoor runs. Most kennels in the area resemble a prison cell but this is a home like setting to make your dogs feel comfortable. read more

Took my Westies to this dog boarding business for four nights. Our dogs were fed different food than what we supplied and specified. Result: two days of accidents(droppings) all over our house. The only part of our experience with this outfit is in their name : Rotten. Never going back there again. Dog owners beware. This place can't follow what the customer requests. read more

EXCELLENT! My dog even happenend to get very ill while we were away on vacation (and too far away to come home). Kelly & Chris treated her just as I would have, even taking her to their own vet to get her the proper meds and treatment and special food. I was not worried in the least while she was in their care.
