However, what was not nice was talking to a gentleman on the phone that made me feel ridiculous in saying I just need my cat's nails trimmed because "cats don't get their nails trimmed that's something they take care of on their own." Mydog was medicated and I'm sorry it didn't work.Still, it wasn't such a rude way to say things. She wanted my dog and this woman continuedto disrespect her. Yes my dog was with manyknots. Because his former groomer closed hisbusiness. and I was looking for where to takeher. When I told her to give me my dog shecontinued to complain. I think one time was.enough. She charged us 130 dollars!!!!!! forleaving my dog bald. And I did question theprice since it seemed a little high to me. We hada slight argument because she already had metired. Your Karen has no love for dogs. you arevery rude And now seeing all the opinions onyour page, I am not the only one who thinks thesame. You even threatened to call the Spca forbringing a hairy dog with knots. Think carefullyabout taking your animals to this place. Youcan't even see what she's doing because it's allcovered with a cement wall. My dog istraumatized. She would give it a zero but there is no that option.
