I didn't know how they would bring the escape room to us but it was perfect. We were going to do an offsite with a location based one but timing and location wasn't working for us so I thought I'd try breakout IQ. I'm so glad I did! It is a true test of team building and communication. The facilitation at the start was great. It really spoke to what I wanted my staff and me to get out of it. And the debrief was on par as well. It fit in nicely with the theme of our day long retreat. Besides fun it was educational on an individual and group level. I would totally use them again to facilitate for one of our student groups or even with other cross campus partners. Thank you!!

It was a beautiful day, sun was out but not too hot, a little sea breeze, water was calm, view was awesome, seeing the ball park & the many residential buildings around. Had lots of time to spin & chat & take photos. Can't wait to do this again. This was my 4th experience already. Each time was different & just as exciting. I had been building my resistance more & more. Working my way up to a longer time out in the water. I am a cancer survivor & in remission & I am getting all the healthful benefits the water & sea air brings plus having meaningful chats with the best coach! We talk about supplements & juicing & music & what our city's events coming up & exchange information just about anything. I want to be an inspiration to women my age 73 years young. It is empowering & gives you back a lot you thought you lost. My confidence & my strength have all improved & feel happiest when I am out in the water. I highly recommend this experiences to these women! The best adventure I have experienced! Also helps clear my mind especially as I am flying out tomorrow morning. Honestly, I was scared thinking I couldn't do it, I'm not in shape. To my surprise, I conquered a fear and did it. So glad I challenged a fear. Our guide/owner Damien was calm and cool, he made you feel like you've done this before. There isn't a fitness guide that to you have to meet to enjoy the bay on a water spin bike. Anyone, I mean anyone can do this and have the time of your life. They're so many beautiful views from the bay looking at San Francisco and across the way; Treasure Island and even further- Oakland. Couldn't believe we were underneath the Bay Bridge. After posting videos and pictures of our adventure, everyone is asking us about it.

Nadia takes special care in where she places children around the room: friends next to each other, kids playing similar games next to each other, coding kids next to each other, etc.. Both of my children started summer camps there at age 7, and they always request to go back! My kids love the mix of gaming time with outdoor team activities- egg drop, capture the flag, etc... My younger son loves the coding program and is learning so much and he's very proud of what he can create with JavaScript. My older son is neurodivergent and feels totally supported, even when he changes his mind or needs different levels of involvement- the entire Esporterz team is Neuro-affirming and does a great job listening to each of their camper's needs. I always appreciate Nadia's clear communication and quick response time, she's very involved in all the best ways! We are extremely appreciative of the skills they are teaching our kids: it's not just sitting on a gaming screen all day, it's interacting with peers and gaining new skills. My kids can't wait to go back!

While walking in the park a few months back we came across the lawn bowling fields and noticed flyers for free lessons. As soon as I saw it was going to be warming up I reached out to inquire, and within two days our lawn bowling lesson was scheduled! We had a lesson with Mo, who showed us the clubhouse, fields, and taught us how to play. He was an awesome coach, and was engaging, encouraging, and fun to bowl with! While there, we learned that you don't just get one free lesson - but three! From there you can choose whether or not to join the club. Mo informed us that if we didn't join this specific club but another one in the Bay Area, we'd still be able to bowl here and vice versa. Excited for our next lesson and my future retirement sport....even though I plan to play many times before then!

But the questions and clues were not too hard and we had a great time trying to figure it out! We had ours in the presidio so we did a gooood amount of walking. I'd say we did pretty well since we won 2nd place! (First place had a Presidio resident so that's not fair.) They even had prizes for the top 5 teams so hey! Even better, who doesn't love some sort of prize!? Would totally recommend it for companies to have as an event for teams to bond and hey it was good exercise too!
