The process to get set up needed to be done by email, but their response time was great. They set us up quickly and an email with the confirmation was sent. The email confirmation included the waiver link, which made it easy for all of us to sign the waiver before we got there. The confirmation email also included an address for a nearby parking lot, which I love since going to the city is usually a hassle for us to find parking. So this took the stress off. When we got there, we were about 30 mins earlier than our scheduled time. The game master Dylan was super helpful and informative. While we waited they had a fun game for us to play. When the other group was done, Dylan was able to reset the room quickly. Went over specific details of what not to do, and we were let loose to solve the escape room. As we were working on solving the rooms, Dylan was great helping us when we needed help. Great experience. We plan to go again soon.

It was a beautiful day, sun was out but not too hot, a little sea breeze, water was calm, view was awesome, seeing the ball park & the many residential buildings around. Had lots of time to spin & chat & take photos. Can't wait to do this again. This was my 4th experience already. Each time was different & just as exciting. I had been building my resistance more & more. Working my way up to a longer time out in the water. I am a cancer survivor & in remission & I am getting all the healthful benefits the water & sea air brings plus having meaningful chats with the best coach! We talk about supplements & juicing & music & what our city's events coming up & exchange information just about anything. I want to be an inspiration to women my age 73 years young. It is empowering & gives you back a lot you thought you lost. My confidence & my strength have all improved & feel happiest when I am out in the water. I highly recommend this experiences to these women! The best adventure I have experienced! Also helps clear my mind especially as I am flying out tomorrow morning. Honestly, I was scared thinking I couldn't do it, I'm not in shape. To my surprise, I conquered a fear and did it. So glad I challenged a fear. Our guide/owner Damien was calm and cool, he made you feel like you've done this before. There isn't a fitness guide that to you have to meet to enjoy the bay on a water spin bike. Anyone, I mean anyone can do this and have the time of your life. They're so many beautiful views from the bay looking at San Francisco and across the way; Treasure Island and even further- Oakland. Couldn't believe we were underneath the Bay Bridge. After posting videos and pictures of our adventure, everyone is asking us about it.

The staff are all amazing, and they are very passionate and knowledgeable, so you're never left feeling like you're at it alone, should you need more help and teaching. We came in on a Sunday morning for their 10AM outreach class that went over safety information, instructions on how to hold a bow and positioning of your body, and types of commands, to listen to, that are given out when you're on the range. I believe our instructor's name was Jack, and he was so informative and patient with us. After spending 30 minutes with him, we were fitted for our gear, and led to the range to begin practicing. If you are unsure or your form needs some adjustments, the staff members are always nearby or behind observing everyone. This range has walkable trails that are available to members, but their practicing range gives you a taste of how well-kept the site is. They do have outhouses for restrooms, and parking is free. We were able to enjoy our morning out for just $5 - SCORE! Their website provides ample amount of information regarding hours of operation, outreach program info, and upcoming events at the range. Will be returning soon, and hopefully have the chance to walk their trail ranges in the near future!
