It was an amazing time!!! I forsure recommend especially if you need to let Some anger out! I went at 9:15 pm on a Friday night and it was a great experience! The guy who helped us was very nice and informative. Forsure come early so you can find parking! Parking was a little hard but ended up parking in a parking garage and it's only a 6 mins walk from the place.

    The aftermath

Smash Kingdom is a blast. We had therapy up in that place. Yes, I broke the bat. Yes, the artwork came from our paint time. THERAPY !!!! The owner and staff we so helpful in assisting me with the organization of my birthday party. All my people want to make this a monthly get together.

Final response... (google search pic posted) Hi there, Thanks for your follow-up, but your reply contains several inaccuracies that I need to correct. 1. I never said you didn't call me back -- I said your customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. Facts matter and you are gaslighting. Responding to a text and returning a call does not change the experience itself. The attitude and lack of assistance are what I addressed, and that part is accurate. 2. The "New York location" issue came directly from Google Maps. When I searched for party bus services in my area, your business was listed among local results. Google placed you in the NY service area, which is how I ended up on your page. That is not my "mistake" -- that is a Google listing issue. I don't know what more you want from me here, but I don't work for you. This is your responsibility to fix. Its my job as the customer to highlight it. 3. I never received any email reply, and the person on the phone absolutely gave me the runaround. Being told "email us" is fine. Never receiving a response is not. Claiming I never emailed you -- when I know I did -- is dismissive and not reflective of good customer service. PS. I followed directions and emailed through your platform. Are you now saying your platform does not function as it should? I sent several messages through your direct website. If you didn't receive it, well.... its your website, sir. You want me to fix that too? 4. Your tone here reinforces exactly why I left an honest review. Instead of showing empathy or professionalism, you doubled down, demanded "proof," and essentially accused me of lying -- three separate times. A customer shouldn't have to defend themselves with screenshots just to express that they had a bad interaction with your business. That alone says everything. 5. You keep insisting I attempted to circumvent your refund policy. I did not. My review was not about money -- it was about the experience, the communication, and the attitude I received. Your business does not look out for its customers. Clearly. 6. My review stands as written. My experience with your company was not positive, and your response here confirms the behavior I encountered. Have a great day. (Original post) Be weary of businesses like this. I made an honest mistake, and they wouldn't even return my calls. I accidently booked this place thinking it was Albany, NY. Its listed as Albany NY in the google search, and I called immediately after booking when I realized my mistake. I obviously cannot make a party clear across the country work for my 14 year old's birthday party. Bad business. I understand cancelations affect the bottom line. This was an honest mistake, and they chose to not even respond to me and keep the money. The person I spoke to on the phone gave me the runaround. Response to businesses comment. Hi, and thank you for responding publicly. I'd like to clarify the actual timeline for anyone reading: I called five minutes after the booking. I spoke directly with someone who told me I would receive a call back. I then left multiple additional messages when no one returned that call. No one ever responded -- not once -- until I posted this review. Regarding the location issue: Your business does appear in search results in a way that made it look connected to New York, which is the only reason I booked. When a customer takes immediate action to correct an honest mistake, a business has the opportunity to resolve it with basic customer service. That never happened here. As for the claim that you "never received" my email: I followed the instructions I was given and sent the email right away. If it didn't reach you, that is still a business-side issue. It doesn't negate the fact that I made every effort to communicate, repeatedly. Refund policies are designed to protect businesses from misuse -- not to justify keeping money from a customer who reached out within minutes, spoke to staff, left multiple messages, and used no service whatsoever. You absolutely had the discretion to review this on a case-by-case basis. You chose not to engage at all. No service was used. The request was immediate. I made multiple attempts to resolve it privately. You made a choice to keep the money. I made a choice to leave an honest review.

    Room 3 BEFORE smashing

Room 3 was entirely too small for 6 adult humans swinging dangerous weapons at bottles, windshields, and appliances. I wouldn't put more than 2 or 3 people in it. The stock photos from the business owner are preposterous. Do not wear skimpy clothing. Period.

Whatever you're doing isn't as fun as this. Stop, turn around and prioritize this experience! The staff is super helpful, communicative and will facilitate exactly the right package for you. Want to throw an ax? They got you. Feel like breaking a dial up modem? No problem. Whatever you choose, you will experience a cathartic flow of energy-prepare to surprise yourself! We did the Queen's Smash and brought our entire family of 5. Walked in and the room was filled with tires, plates and computer parts. Get on protective gear and go to town. Smash, smash, smash! It was SO fun! My kids had a great time and it was deeper than most therapy sessions for me. Have fun!

5/5 -- Smash Kingdom Made Our Corporate Event Absolutely Unforgettable Our team recently hosted a corporate event at Smash Kingdom, and I can confidently say it was one of the most energizing, memorable, and downright fun experiences we have ever organized. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcome, excited, and ready for an afternoon full of laughter, adrenaline, and team bonding like nothing we have experienced before. We wanted an event that would break the monotony of traditional corporate gatherings, and Smash Kingdom delivered far beyond expectations. The facility was clean, spacious, and brilliantly laid out, with dedicated areas for both the smash rooms and the axe throwing lanes. It struck that perfect balance between fun chaos and professional hospitality, which is not easy to achieve. Their team clearly takes pride in creating an environment that is safe, organized, and still wildly entertaining. The smash room experience was the highlight of the day. Our group had a selection of items to choose from, and everyone got the chance to let loose in a way that felt both cathartic and hilarious. Watching colleagues who are usually glued to screens, spreadsheets, and back to back meetings geared up in protective suits and cheering each other on as they smashed items with baseball bats, mallets, and crowbars was something I wish I could replay again and again. The music choices, lighting, and room setup all added to the energy. It felt like the perfect outlet for stress relief, creativity, and pure fun. After we rotated through the smash rooms, we moved to the axe throwing section, and the experience continued to impress. The instructors were friendly, patient, and incredibly skilled at helping everyone from first timers to experienced throwers feel confident and capable. They explained technique in a way that was easy to grasp, and within minutes many of us were hitting the boards like pros. We even organized friendly competitions within the team, and the staff helped keep score and cheer us on. The whole area felt safe and well monitored, and the atmosphere was upbeat without ever feeling rushed. Another huge plus was how smoothly Smash Kingdom handled outside food being delivered directly to the location. We had a full catered meal delivered for our team, and the staff were extremely accommodating. They provided space for setup, helped with basic logistics, and ensured everything went seamlessly. Being able to combine such an action packed experience with great food on site made the day feel even more complete and personalized. Throughout the entire event, the Smash Kingdom team demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. They checked in regularly to make sure everyone was having fun, stayed safe, and had everything they needed. Planning the event was just as easy because the communication was quick, clear, and helpful, and they answered every question we had along the way. Overall, Smash Kingdom exceeded every expectation we had for a corporate outing. It brought our team together in a unique, energizing way that encouraged bonding, laughter, and unforgettable memories. If you are looking for something drastically different from the typical corporate event, something that will have your coworkers talking about it for weeks afterward, Smash Kingdom is the place to go. We left feeling more connected, refreshed, and already excited to return. Highly recommended for corporate groups, team building events, celebrations, and anyone who wants an experience that blends excitement, stress relief, and genuine fun. Smash Kingdom absolutely nailed it.

Minus a star because our waiter kept forgetting things, whether it was one or two sets of utensils, one or two waters, one or two straws, he kept having to come back and forth from the kitchen which is kind of a far walk in the establishment (on opposite ends from our table, really). Also I would've appreciated if they had mentioned to us to book the games in advanced before it became all sold out. One gripe I have is that I wish the workers were a bit more attentive. We went on Monday and there wasn't anyone at the front desk for maybe 10minutes. They didn't have us watch the safety/instructional video which normally plays on a loop at the front of the pit gate. We had two double karts because our kids are young and we were put in a race with multiple other adults. The employees in the pit were good, one was a young lady who seemed new and a young man who obviously had much more experience. I'm on the shorter side and he recognized I needed the pedals adjusted and a booster seat. He also rechecked all our belts because the girl didn't put them on tight enough. So during our race we had to go slowly for the first lap, but then it was on! Unfortunately, I had to go slow because my daughter is small and apprehensive about the whole experience. I'm sure we were a hindrance for the faster racers, but most were very respectful and drove around us. One person in particular (an older black man who uses the name "007 Speed") hit me into the barrier 3 times and hit my husband and son's kart at least twice. He hit us with such force both of my kids have been complaining of neck pain. I told the experienced male employee but no consequences for Mr. 007 Speed even though each time he hit us they overhead announced, "No hitting other drivers or barriers. Next time you will be out of the race." When the race was done Mr. 007 Speed never acknowledged what he did or apologized. As we were leaving we saw him complaining at the front desk. So overall, I really like this place. It's geared for children and families, but definitely for anyone who wants to have fun. It would be ideal if they grouped drivers separately like they do for junior racers. Group adult racers with ones who have children/want a chill experience and a group for retirees trying to relive their glory days

I originally wanted to leave a 1-star review, but I'm giving 2 stars because the assistant manager and kitchen manager were genuinely helpful and tried to make things better. Before our outing, my manager spoke with whoever handles bookings multiple times to confirm our reservation. The package we were told was $50 per person for 3 races, 4 pizzas, and space for our team, totaling $1,084 for 18 people. Each time, my manager confirmed that it included 3 races, and we were told they were having issues booking it correctly in the system but would fix it when we arrived. When I pulled up, I noticed most of the staff outside. Maybe it was a break or a slow day, but when I walked in, no one was at the register. I walked around until I found someone to help me, who I believe was the kitchen manager. She was awesome and connected me with the manager, who was outside. The manager, who I believe was Jordan, checked my party in and confirmed that we were getting 3 races for $50 per person. At that point, everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, 4 of my team members could not make it, and we were told they could not refund the $200. The assistant manager was great and gave us credit instead for food and game cards, which we appreciated. She handled that situation with great customer service. Where the experience went sideways was when we were waiting for our third race. The manager then told us he did not make the change and that we would need to pay an additional $20 per person for the third race. I was confused because we were told multiple times before the event, and again when we checked in, that the package included 3 races for $50 per person. At that point, my team was expecting 3 races. We had paid for 18 people, 14 showed up, and the 4 no-shows were credited toward food and game cards. I also noticed they had a Thursday special for $20 per race, so I asked if they could at least price match and refund $10 per person for the 14 people since we were not getting the third race. That would have been $140. The manager said party packages do not work that way. But from a customer standpoint, it felt like we would have been better off just paying individually and buying the pizzas ourselves instead of spending over $1,000 on a package that was not honored the way it was explained to us. As a business owner myself, I was honestly shocked by the lack of accountability and hospitality from the manager. I even told my management team that this was a perfect example of what not to do in our own business. My business partner was also upset and went to speak with the manager. He asked if the owner could be contacted so they could discuss the situation owner to owner. Unfortunately, the situation got worse. The manager got into a loud verbal argument with my business partner in front of customers and kids. That part was completely unacceptable. Instead of trying to de-escalate, make things right, or at least show some level of hospitality, the manager became confrontational. To the owner of this establishment, I hope you take this feedback seriously. The assistant manager deserves recognition because she handled herself professionally and showed real hospitality. She either has hospitality experience or it comes naturally to her, but either way, it should not go unnoticed. Business owner to business owner, the assistant manager was the bright spot in this experience. The manager, on the other hand, did not take accountability for what we were told during booking or what he confirmed when we checked in. I'm more than happy to update this review if the owner replies and makes this right.
