(Whereas other companies I had to continuously ask to come out and kept having to go back and forth on what was in the quote.) The quote was very thorough and fairly priced (actually lower than some other quotes.) The service was great with the owner Miguel coming out to talk to me about options, paint colors and other questions I had. They started the project within a week and they truly jumped right in to get it completed quickly. I've never seen a crew work so fast and efficiently, but also highly thorough, neat and polite. We had our house exterior and deck painted and some gutter work done. The finished product looks amazing! People have even stopped to give compliments. The castle crew also cleaned up after themselves, put all deck furniture back, etc. and were always more than responsive to questions (these seem like small things but usually work crews leave trash etc we have to deal with). I've honestly never had better service than I had with Castle. Fast, thorough quoting process, amazing service before and during the project, and a great work product. I would use them for every home project if I could!

Not only were they here is…read morethe next day after calling their office to go over our plans, they had the design ready, sent us to a previous customers home to see their work and started demo within a week! Castle renovated our kitchen, master bath, bsmt bath and created a laundry room for us. All in 6-7 weeks! I cannot say enough great things about the entire team Miguel, Dani, Mariana and Ernesto are a dream to work with! All their employees are so nice and respectful of your space (since we lived here during the renovation). They seriously go above and beyond and we will use them again and again on our future projects.

Just say 'No.' Not entirely sure where to begin on this…read morebecause there is so much to write. Well, there is so much to write about here. We hired ARS to renovate our master bathroom. We were told the job would be approximately 3 weeks to do. We paid half up front & the other half was to be due upon completion of the punchlist items. The job started off great! Prompt on the demo and clean up. Then the problems started... Now, we are not experts in design at all, and they provided one to us for tile selection. Turns out that the tile we chose for our shower floor had to be hand laid, which resulted in poor grout lines in the shower. ARS stated that it was due to the walls not being straight, but they had it down to the studs & could have fixed that initially. Then there was the project manager on our job... He was a new hire and supposedly had a lot of experience. Unfortunately, he had very poor communication skills and did not keep us up to speed on the work. Add in a poor attitude and let's just say that he wasn't easy to deal with. Then there was the bathtub... We were told to use Google image search to find bathtubs we liked. We did & presented the options to our sales guy. After trying to talk us into a different tub, he finally said that he could get the exact tub we wanted. It would be more money, but we were ok with that. So, I sent a confirmatory email (with picture attached) for it. When the tub was delivered, it was not the correct tub. We told them that & they tried to say that it was correct. Even the owner of the company, John Hogan, said it wasn't the same tub when we looked at the picture together. Then there was the shower... It was initially tiled by one of their guys. Unfortunately, the gout lines were not even and the shower floor wasn't even either. Needless to say, my wife wasn't happy. So, they told us it was because of the tile we picked. Again, we had no clue because the designer they gave us didn't let us know, probably because it was her last day when she met with us. So, they redid the shower floor, after getting us another designer. This time, they used their best tile guy. And it was certainly a better job than the first time, no arguments there! But, the grout was still uneven on the floor, even after changing the tile to one that they company said would be easiest to lay. Through all of this they kept saying that our satisfaction was their priority. To whit, the original project manager was fired, the owner of the company was to then be our project manager, but he handed us off to another new hire. This last PM tried his best, but even told us that "It's difficult to come in and try to fix something that wasn't done right in the first place." My thought was, 'I agree! So, why not take it all down & start over?' So, finally after 3 MONTHS of this, ARS comes to my wife & I and states, "Look,we're not gonna be able to make you happy." We settled what was left of our bill and they left the job unfinished. At this point, I am working with multiple subcontrators to finish the job. The sales guy, Jeff, and the second project manager, Fred, were the bright spots. Also, they did a good job on the floor of the bathroom as well.

Ronald and his wife run this company; they drove over to my condo to give me a quote the same day I called. They gave me an extremely fair quote- based on their assessment of the work needed. This was a challenging job and it took just 3 days to have smooth gorgeous ceilings. The ceilings were scraped, sanded, patched, primed and painted (2 coats). It was truly incredible how efficient, experienced, and talented they are. Everyday all the furniture and walls were taped, masked, prepped to protect all my belongings/furniture. Ronald came by once the work was complete to make sure I was happy with the outcome. They have 'specialists' dedicated to different kinds of job. I ended up hiring them again to rip up my carpet and install LVP and they sent over their flooring specialist. I decided to remove the carpet myself as I was on a tight budget and they are more than happy to work with you based on your needs. I am so pleased to have found someone in Atlanta that does high quality work at a fair price. I called 5 companies for my ceilings and had 4 other companies come quote my flooring install. They were truly the most responsive, fair priced, and genuine. I will be hiring them for a full renovation of my master bathroom and I highly recommend this company for any renovation/install you are looking for.

So now I am having to pay another person to sand the door and repaint. Ruben was paid very good money and never lived up to his promises.

I hired Yanez Remodeling company for an interior painting project and, unfortunately, the…read moreexperience left much to be desired. While they may excel with smaller homes, it quickly became apparent that they were overwhelmed by the scope of my property. The timeline was extended due to personal reasons, resulting in an additional day added with last minute notice. The quality of work was inconsistent throughout the house. Corners were left as it appeared in some areas unfinished or barley touched, there were noticeable gaps and overspray, and paint ended up on the hardwood floors, stair railings and other areas. I am still getting paint spots up. Moving furniture led to scratched flooring, which was never addressed. Despite a clear conversation about rehanging a large framed picture properly, it was returned crooked. A curtain rod holder was broken, and the drapes were left on the floor. No compensation or discount was offered. The attention to detail simply wasn't there, and it showed in both the execution and the way the space was left after the job was done. I'm disappointed with the outcome and would advise future clients to consider the size and complexity of their project before hiring.

Additionally, they were able to give an extremely competitive estimate, and throughout the project gave estimates for additional work we requested. We hired this company to paint the entire interior of our home, a large and expensive project that…read morewe entrusted to professionals. Within weeks, their work began failing in multiple areas -- most notably in the bathrooms -- and it has only continued to deteriorate. As shown in the photos, the paint is actively peeling, cracking, and separating from the surface along ceilings, corners, and flat wall planes. This is not normal wear, and it is not minor touch-up territory. Entire sections of paint are lifting and flaking off. When we first raised concerns about the secondary bathroom shortly after moving in, their representative dismissed the issue as a "ventilation problem," despite the fact that there were no issues before the repaint and this occurred during summer months. They doubled down on this explanation by claiming the master bathroom would not have the same problem due to its size. That explanation quickly collapsed when the master bathroom -- which is very large and has vaulted ceilings -- developed the same cracking and peeling within a month. This clearly points to incorrect paint selection and/or improper surface preparation, particularly a failure to use bathroom-appropriate, moisture-resistant products. At no point were we advised on paint suitability for bathrooms -- something any competent professional painter should proactively address. We used "premium" paint, yet premium paint applied incorrectly or in the wrong environment still fails, which is exactly what happened here. Equally concerning is the lack of accountability. Despite the amount we had just spent, and despite our willingness to pay to resolve the issue correctly, the company made no meaningful effort to fix their work. Beyond the bathrooms, there are additional quality issues throughout the home: visible cracking along ceiling seams, paint splitting along non-corner joints, and unfinished details. Notably, the kitchen baseboards were never painted, with the explanation that they were "part of the cabinets," which is plainly inaccurate and visible in person. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The workmanship does not meet professional standards, and the refusal to stand behind the work is even more troubling. Based on both the quality of the results and the response when problems arose, I would not recommend this company to anyone investing serious money into their home.
