After coming out, I found that the car wash had left significant scratches on the passenger side of the hood continuing towards the passenger door. Another gentleman had the same scratches in a similar place on his car, and he also went through a similar experience as I lay out in this review. I immediately alerted the staff on site. They had 2 teenagers working who could not have cared less. After about 40 minutes, we finally got a manager on the phone, who had us fill out a form to report the damage. I submitted the form and emailed it to the manager. Within a week, I obtained an estimate to fix the damage for about $500. I provided that by email to the manager. What followed was the most unprofessional series of events I've ever experienced. The manager essentially ghosted me. No response after multiple emails. No follow up from corporate. I waited until today to attempt to receive a response, but I'm fed up with waiting and am posting this review in hopes that Whistle Express corporate steps in to make this right. Do not take your car to this car wash. If their wash damages your car, you will never hear from them again in getting the damage fixed.

I got the $12.00 job, It thoughly cleaned my Honda Odyssey; or so I thought. After driving to a nearby market, I looked over my van and saw that the mud was still caked to the wheel well. I drove back and talked to "Conner" who had helped me earlier. He apologized profusely and told me to pull around to the back, where he got out a pressure hose and cleaned all the gunk off. He didn't have to do it, as they were quite busy. After he was done, I slowly pulled out. Then I saw the some cars were getting the "The Works" for rims and tires. I asked Conner about this, and he told me to pull over and he would clean and shine the tires for free. They looked amazing when he was done. Whoever reads this (Owner) Conner deserves a raise. I have been a loyal customer with multiple memberships for my service vehicles, but that ends today. ​On Saturday, my 14kt white gold/1.5ct diamond wedding band came off while I was vacuuming my personal truck. I notified the manager immediately so they could retrieve it from the vacuum system. It is now Tuesday, and despite the high value of the item, I have not received a single follow-up call. ​Interestingly, they claim to have found a small earring in the system but "cannot find" a large white gold ring. It is highly suspicious that a small item was recovered while a significant piece of jewelry vanished. I am canceling all my business and personal memberships effective immediately and will be filing a police report to ensure the vacuum collection logs and surveillance are properly reviewed.
