I agreed to the $10 short-term option only. I was then asked whether I wanted to enroll in an ongoing unlimited monthly plan, which I explicitly declined. After that initial week, I did not return or use their services again. I recently discovered that I have nevertheless been charged $35 per month for the past six months. I brought this to management's attention and requested a refund. They refused, asserting that I authorized a subscription, despite their own records confirming that I have not used the service since the initial promotional period. These charges were unauthorized, and I am concerned that other customers may be experiencing similar billing practices without their knowledge.

You can no longer play with Cash however tips are only accepted in cash. The young men are polite and friendly as you navigate the outdoor part as well. I didn't have an email on file so I'd never received one. I also didn't notice any notes but I believe it was there I just didn't notice. She reduced my price for two months for the inconvenience and told me I can always pause my membership while I'm out of town. Very helpful. i usually go here to wash my car. it costs more to use a card than to pay with cash, so i try to…read morebring cash. they have a couple of change machines in case u need quarters. u can also vacuum your car out, but be careful with the bay just left of the change machine. i accidentally pulled the hose out of its socket. u have to be fast if u want to be thorough, otherwise you'll have to push the green "extend" button for additional time(and cost), but it's better than starting from scratch and paying full price again. and i like the wax option!
