I decided to stop by on my way to Charlotte to clean my hunny's filthy car because I could endure another minute of the drive with the car in such disarray. I pulled over and began by vacuuming the interior. The vacuum area was clean and the vacuums had great suction and seemed to last enough time to really clean the car well. As I was putting the vacuum hose back, I noticed they had a sticker promoting a free wash with the use of an app. I was skeptical but I figured what's there to lose?! The app had an offer for first timers to receive a free was via instant rebate. After registering on the app, I paid for the wash with the card I registered in the app hoping it worked. The was was long and thorough and I think it even used warm water!! After the wash was done I received an alert from the app that my rebate was in process. By the second business day after, I received it!! It was an awesome experience. This place while self-service, still shines in the customer experience which is no small feat. Way to go!!

My car mats were not taken out and vacuumed separately at all. One of them was even shaken and turned upside down to like "hide" the dirt? It just put the sand that was in the mat back into the carpet. Could have also done better job of wiping the windows down. For the price I would not say I got the level of service I expected. If your in a hurry and want it to look "clean" it might do, but I'll look elsewhere.

There were water spots all over even after the wipe down, and now I have a bunch of scratches across my car in various spots. These scratches weren't there before. The response I got was poor at best. They wanted me to run my car back through to see if it caused MORE DAMAGE to prove they did it. It was explained that, if it didn't do it again, they would only then check the cameras and machines for anything that could have caused it. Because I'm not willing to risk further damage, I'm going to have to pay for the damage to my car. AVOID AUTOBELL. Your better off washing your car yourself.
