She left me sitting in my hot car walked over drank out of her water bottle and proceeded to vacuum the jeep in the other lane leaving me standing in the hot sun. RUDE, someone needs some re-training on proper customer service. Calling the manager did no good, Alan said he "would look into it." Will never go back. My best advice to save your money and yourself frustration, go wash your car yourself. I give them one star because you cannot give them negative stars.
