The first time I went the guys doing the prewash only did my front bumper and windshield. When my car came out of the wash it was still covered with soap. I really didn't have time to wipe it down with towels but I didn't have much choice. That was probably 8 months ago. Today I decided to give it another try hoping it would be better this time.......shame on me....fooled me once and today was twice. The prewash guy (not guys) only did the drivers side and again my car was covered with soap. When I brought it up to the manager he offered to run the car through again but did say, its going to come out the same the second time. I asked for a refund and was told he was only offering a second wash. I don't know how they stay in business. Never again will I go there.

I bring a lot of service to you all being that I have a car rental businessman and as a funeral director I have to have my vas and hearses cleaned as well. She was very incompetent, didn't ask her teams members for help when obviously she didn't know what she was doin, might I add I had my card with me and she looked of my active account and still refused service lol. I will never visit this location again and hopefully its very concerning she is up for a promotion as her people skills are terrible and she was very dismissive and quick to tell us to drive to another location even though she looked up the account.

I've been going to this place since they remodeled with this new drive-through. It used to be that…read morethe car washes were $6, $8, $10 and top-tier was $12. Now you have to pay $16 for a top-tier wash! I got the $10 wash this time and there weren't even any suds. It was like the $6 wash they used to have. Some dirt remained in the back of my vehicle. Considering I can get a fully inside and outside hand wash for about $25 around the corner, I'm not sure how much I'll be coming to this car wash anymore.

My dad passed through on his drive north for the summer, and needed a car wash. He didn't want a…read moretouchless wash, as he had lots of bugs encrusted on his car. I did a quick Yelp search and found this spot just 2 miles from the house. We went over on a Friday afternoon, it was pretty quiet. The first stall we pulled into the credit card reader didn't work, so we moved to the next. Once you swipe your card, a countdown begins, of either 7 or 8 minutes. You can turn the dial on the control panel to what you want, grab the wand, to spray soap, rinse, or whatever you want to do. There's also a brush you can use to scrub your car. There were two other attachments, but I wasn't clear what it was. For just a few dollars you get a fair amount of time, and if there's two people you can knock it out pretty quick. The down side, unfortunately, it doesn't appear anyone works there, so if you have any issues, or need help, you're out of luck. Overall, our experience was fine, got the bugs off his car, and were on our way.
