I was pleased enough that I decided to come back here when I could not get in to see an auto detailer. This location is going on seven years old and is starting to show some signs of age in the lobby. the padded benches are starting to tear with the foam bench padding exposed. I seeing that and how shabby it looked I opted to sit in one of the metal chairs while I waited for my car to get detailed. I got the full detail package which ran $110.00. That package included my choice of three detaling options - I chose the seat express, carpet express and interior super clean along with a standard washing of the exterior. It took about two hours which for the work they did, seems kinda rushed when you compare that to the amount of time a legitimate auto detailer might take - that would be in the neighborhood of 4 - 6 hours. When my car was finished, I looked it over and for the most part, they got it fairly clean. They missed behind the sun visors though and there was just a little excess protectant residual on the dash and console that i had to wipe up when I got home. The real question is would I use them again. In short, yes but, only if I was going to get a wash and vac or if my car interior wasn't heavily soiled. I feel Golden Touch can handle the easier things like washing and vac but, for the more intricate deep cleaning and paint restoration you are better off in visiting a professional detailer. The owner also needs to invest in updating the lobby a bit.

The employees literally forgot to vacuum the inside of the car. When I mentioned that they had forgot, their initial response was, "Oh, we already did it." I told them to look inside the car and that they had not done it, since I was watching the entire time. They finally realized they didn't. Prior experiences include not wiping down the front bumper of the car where all the insect residue is, not vacuuming the center console after the guy that takes the payment said that the deal I chose includes it, getting attitude back from the employees when you mention they forgot something. The only reason I kept going back was due to the proximity of the car wash to my residence. I will now be driving farther for a better experience.

I have been a member of this company from the time they opened. I felt that this establishment…read moregave good customer service until I experienced a very heart breaking situation. I wash my car practically every day, because of the package deal I bought. I had several things to happen to me but this last one takes the cake. As I vacuumed out my car, I didn't realize that my diamond ring had fallen off my finger on to the floor. I heard a noise like something got sucked up. I just thought it was a rock, only later to realize it was my five karat diamond ring. As soon as I realized, I went back to the car wash and explained what happened. One manager said he would check the canister to see if it got stuck. He did and he said he didn't see it.. He also told me it could have gone in the overflow. He said he couldn't check until they closed. When I returned the next day to hear the results, the manager was in the office and it took two other attendants to come in and hear what was being said and that is after I told them I was there to find out if the found my ring. While standing there talking to the manager, someone peeped around to see who I was. I was then in question as to why would he do that. I left the establishment and went home to call the corporate office to file a complaint. Something just didn't feel right. I was told by the district manager after a follow up call that, the man that peeped at me was not in a uniform so he must have been interviewing for a job. My question to him was why did the manager discuss my business in front of someone that was not an employee and why would that man look to identify who I was. This was a very careless gesture. This is how people are set up, robbed and some times lose their life over material things. Now that caused me to be afraid and to make matters even worse, there is a homeless camp right on the side of this establishment. The district manager also told me that at night the homeless people will open the overflow area and sometimes it's a mess. Not only am I hurt because I feel that someone found the ring because even in dirt the ring was large enough to see the bling, it shinning. I expressed how important the ring was to me, being that it was my mom's and she passed in 2012. There was no compassion at all! I've always been taught to treat others as you want to be treated. If I had been the manager, district manager or even the owner. I would have asked all the workers to assist in trying to locate the ring. If for no other reason, because I am a regular customer and to show me that they appreciate my business. Action speaks louder than words. I wrote this review to let everyone know to BEWARE of your surroundings at this establishment, especially women. Make sure you do not have anything of value in your car or on you because anything can happen and apparently no one there gives a crap! I only wish the company would give every employee a lie detectors test, because what's done in the dark will come to the light. One thing for sure, we reap what we sow. I can get another ring but I can't get another life. I should not have to pay someone to visit their establishment in fear!
