I love the monthly plan! I go almost every day to have my car washed, and it's great! I feel like it's a great value.

I stopped by here around 9:30am on a Wednesday to get a car wash. I originally had plans to wash my own car but it hasn't happened, lol. This located in a shopping center, which is convenient. It was about 5 minutes away from my job. This car wash was shockingly expensive, compared to others I've been to. There was a person standing by to assist. I ended up getting the "hot wax" one for $15, which wasn't much included. They have monthly memberships which was offered but I declined because I had one somewhere else before and never really went. They have this thing where for an additional $20, they will clean the inside and out of your car. (It is $15 if you are a member) The car wash went by fairly quickly. I noticed there were still particles from bird poop left on the car that the car wash didn't get. They do have free vacuums, which I did following the wash. The way the vacuums are set up, is where there is a vacuum on both sides of the parking spot. The one on my left was fine. However, the one on my right was short. It was only long enough to get my passenger front. I had to use the left one to vacuum the right back. Even doing that, it barely was enough. Overall, I say it was a decent car wash. There were other areas of my car that was still dirty. I think it's expensive compared to others. read more

Decent place. Very slow going. I paid for the 30$ wash. Felt like I got the 10$ wash. Decent job but not great. I told the attendant that I wanted the best deal to make sure my wheels were cleaned properly. They did a bang up job on the wheels but they're still very dirty. There was a bunch of young kids walking around lost that worked there. The car its self looks ok. Not sure I will ever go back there. Like I said. Decent job but not for what I paid. Great location and car wash, but I am tired of being harassed to purchase a subscription membership every time I come to use it. It is going to cause me to take my business elsewhere. I typically never wash my car, but after coming back from driving to NY for Christmas, my car was covered in salt in a way that doesn't happen around here. Knowing that is bad for the car, I took it here because they advertise the undercarriage wash, which is important for protecting your vehicle against rusting and damage. They do offer unlimited monthly washes of course, but I would never take advantage of that for it to make sense for me. As is, the service I selected was $15 plus tax. More than what I'm used to paying for a car wash, but good enough since I never do it. The line in front of me moved quickly enough, and there's a worker at the front to direct you in (make sure to put your car in neutral). They also pre wash the car with a spraying hose, brush, and soap for the front and rear bumpers. The kids enjoyed the "show" of sitting in the car during the wash, and it is indeed a tidal wave! Make sure to lock your windows! The whole thing took maybe 2 minutes, and the results were plenty satisfactory for me. Not entirely dry, but then I don't really care about water spots. There is access after that to handle your interior, but I can do that at home. No scratches on the car, and the tires came out nice and shiny too. Worth the trip to get the salt off my car to avoid damage. read more

I visit this carwash periodically and it's pretty good. The staff is friendly and courteous. There could be more vacuum stations since this is a very busy location and they have many "members" that go regularly and stay in the vacuum stations a long time to finish detailing but they don't really have room to expand. I guess for 2024 the value is ok. read more

I went to get my truck washed today and I have a red sticker that allows me to get a hand dry service. At the hand dry station I was told bc of a system glitch I wasn't getting charged for my hand dry for the last couple months. The Assistant manager says if I want to continue having the service I need to pay an extra $5 now on top of my monthly fee. SO THE COMPANIES MISTAKE IS PASSED ON TO THE CONSUMER. I asked for his manager and he says the problem has exist for a year!!! I have been here several others times so that is strange it hasn't been mentioned. To move forward I asked for a business card so I could leave and decide if I wanted to keep the service. Nick was very mad about having to go get his card. He said I will go get my card and cancel your service too! He says we were talking ugly to him bc we wanted his card and clarification. He comes back with his card and a cancellation of membership. Way to go with horrible customer service. I will be back to cancel my other 2 vehicles. Five dollars a month just cost your company $90 plus a month going forward. NICE! When I called to report the incident. I was told that it was an IT glitch and although it was an inconvenience to me as the customer they still need to charge me the $5 monthly going forward. Why not Just leave it the same monthly cost for the hand dry customers. The Assistant manager also tired to reach in my truck to remove my sticker!!!! SMH read more

Two stars is kind of generous. One star would be a little dramatic. For a $20 car wash, I expected to have the bird shit on my hood removed. There were mixed reviews but since I was in the area, I gave it a shot. Won't be back. I need to go and rewash my car somewhere else so that I can actually have it cleaned. read more

I am a member of the Unlimited Wash Club and I must say I love the idea behind it. Unlimited washes and weekly vacuums with a once a month interior cleaning. Well for the price I am not impressed with their attention to detail. I left a receipt in the window of my car for the interior detail and guess what it is still sitting there. My son put his footprint on my windshield guess what it is still there. For the price I pay I expect more than I am receiving. My side mirrors have waterspots on them. As an former car porter this just makes me cringe. These little things make me thinking about do they really care about doing a good job. They also need more seating in the waiting area. I say this because if you have more than one or two people waiting there are not enough seats. Not sure how long the bathrooms have been out of order but that is little bit of a nuisance. read more

I paid $5 extra for the hand dry and buff for a total of $26. WOW the mirrors had spots and there were dirty spots all over the car and bumper. I asked for a towel to buff it myself after they gave me the thumbs up that they were finished. The guy never apologized nor did he offer to make it right. They spent a total of about 2 minutes drying and buffing; sadly it was two people that did such a poor job. I liked this car wash better under the previous owners, the staff actually cared and did a great job. Secondly, I also do not liked being pitched for the monthly membership. The different options to choose are too complicated and causes a huge line at the machine where you pay and choose. I spent almost 10 minutes waiting for one car in front of me to figure it out. Finally a guy came out and helped everyone select their wash. They don't make it easy to choose a simple one time car wash. I will go elsewhere from now on. read more

The best as far as these type of car washes go. Free towels to dry your car, free glass cleaner also. The staff often comes up and helps with your wheels, etc. if they are not busy. They are always super friendly ! The wash itself is great, and you can get the tire shine and all for $10 bucks. I have not tried the monthly club, but if I was going to choose one - it would be with this car wash. read more

I feel like this location used to be a full service car wash. I don't remember the name but when I went to get my car washed they said it was a one hour wait for the interior to be cleaned/vacuumed. It makes sense now that I realize this is the car wash where you're supposed to wash your windows inside and vacuum and all that yourself. It was hot today. I was very sad that I had to do my own vacuuming and window washing and dashboard dusting! The car wash was still $25 I do not think it's that good of a value but the vacuums they are included in the $25 just not the labor. When they told me it would be an hour wait I decided to vacuum my car out but before I was done (slowly and clumsily doing it myself) there was nobody over in the cleaning the inside area! It was not actually an hour wait! My car is clean but not very clean, it's just not clean like it is when it comes out and people wipe it down with towels. I did not do that. So this is more like a gas station car wash with free vacuuming! read more

So glad I found a car wash "club" in Greensboro North Carolina! We would get our car washed regularly in Florida with the same format. Absolute worst car wash of my life. The worker said the 25 dollar wash was the best so I did it. I went through and the wash was maybe 1 minute long. My car was barely dried after, and we had to dry it ourself. When we got out to dry it, we noticed that my car was actually not clean, in fact it looked the same as before. A complete waste of money due to the fact we basically had to clean it, scrub the dirt off, and dry it ourselves. At this point just save yourself the trip and $25 and clean your car at your house. read more

I signed up for the recurring monthly full service wash. Have a newer car with sticker residue on the inside of the windows, this wasn't even wiped off during my wash. The back window wasn't even touched. I canceled my membership the next day, price should be lower if they're going to offer such sub par service. read more

Went for car wash on April 10. Got stuck in line for 15 minutes. Could not go forward, go back, or exit. The car at the gate had a problem with her credit card. The attendant allowed her to call the bank to resolve the problem, thus keeping the gate and all the other cars in line blocked. Attendant and management did not consider having the car exit the line so the rest of us continue. When asked, attendant said, if I buy the monthly membership, I would have this problem. You will have to patiently wait if you pay 35$ for a wash. You will sit in line to get your inside done and outside wiped down, which takes a long time. Right after your car is washed it should be dried. But as you wait for other people to have theirs done yours dries and the spots settle in but as long as you get a nice guy they will get some spots off. read more

I give it 2 stars just because the people were nice. However, I miss Golden Touch Carwash. The prices here are outrageous. I typically wash my own car but due to time constraints I came here & a co-worker gave me a free coupon $20 value. Well course they do not accept since it's been more than 1 month after their grand opening. The coupon does say limited time offer but that's the cop out so they do not have to honor. Secondly, there is no one to direct you into which lane to go for the interior clean. I got in the wrong lane and had to circle back around to get back in the correct lane. I have now been waiting for over 50 minutes to get my car interior cleaned because some idiot locked their keys in their car & the second lane is closed off. Not the fault of the business but still irritating. Not only has it been a huge waste of my lunch hour but I'm $30 poorer for just a basic wash & interior clean, which I was able to get for $20 at Golden Touch. People do not waste your time and money here. Go to Twin Oaks in High Point. Better prices and faster service. read more
