The first time, a few years ago, something got tangled in the equipment and left scratches on my trunk. This most recent visit wasn't much better. I actually have a membership with another car wash company, but this location was more convenient, so I stopped in to save time. I paid $14 for the clean plus wash. Ironically, when I exited the wash, there was still soap left all over my car... so I ended up having to wipe it down myself anyway. On a positive note, Kynley at check-in was very pleasant, friendly, and professional. She's definitely a keeper. The gentleman guiding cars into the wash came across as unfriendly and a bit miserable, though maybe he was just having a rough day. I really wanted to like this place, but based on my experiences, I'm not confident I'll be returning.

Title: Swift Service with Room for Improvement at Autobell Car Wash…read more I recently decided to give Autobell Car Wash a try, intrigued by their reputation for efficiency and reliability. My experience teetered between satisfaction and the slight disappointment that warrants a modest four-star review. Let's begin with the positives. The service speed at Autobell is undoubtedly impressive. From the moment I drove in, the team was ready and raring to go. There was no dawdling or unnecessary waiting, which I greatly appreciated. For anyone with a busy schedule, this swift service is a boon that shouldn't go unmentioned. Autobell's pricing structure is reasonable, though I wouldn't go as far as to call it a steal. Given the outcomes, I'd say the prices are okay, especially if you're in a pinch and need a quick clean. However, and this is where my satisfaction began to wane, the cleaning wasn't thorough. While the surface of my Tesla looked shiny and refreshed, a closer inspection revealed that it wasn't entirely spotless. A few areas were glossed over, which led to my car not being as impeccably clean as I'd hoped for. More concerning was the fact that I found minor scratches on my vehicle post-wash. Teslas, with their unique paint and finish, require careful handling, and unfortunately, it seems that Autobell's process might not be as kind to this type of car as one would wish. This was, to put it mildly, a disappointing discovery. Despite these drawbacks, I maintain that Autobell Car Wash is reliable in a general sense. On most occasions, you can expect to drive away with a car that looks visibly cleaner and that's serviced in an efficient manner. My advice to Autobell and to future customers would be to communicate explicitly about the type of vehicle you own and your expectations for the clean. It's possible that with clearer guidance, the staff could avoid such oversights and deliver a result that meets the high standards of discerning car owners. In conclusion, while Autobell performs reliably on the fronts of speed and basic service, I advise caution to owners of vehicles that require a more delicate touch. Would I use Autobell again? Quite possibly, but I'd ensure I have a chat with the staff first to express my needs and hopefully avoid the drawbacks I encountered during this visit.

I did a quick Yelp search and found this spot just 2 miles from the house. We went over on a Friday afternoon, it was pretty quiet. The first stall we pulled into the credit card reader didn't work, so we moved to the next. Once you swipe your card, a countdown begins, of either 7 or 8 minutes. You can turn the dial on the control panel to what you want, grab the wand, to spray soap, rinse, or whatever you want to do. There's also a brush you can use to scrub your car. There were two other attachments, but I wasn't clear what it was. For just a few dollars you get a fair amount of time, and if there's two people you can knock it out pretty quick. The down side, unfortunately, it doesn't appear anyone works there, so if you have any issues, or need help, you're out of luck. Overall, our experience was fine, got the bugs off his car, and were on our way.
