Nevan had excellent service at Whistle Car Wash. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my car came out looking great. I really appreciate his customer service and would definitely recommend Whistle Car Wash! read more

The car wash was great, and I contemplated posting this. But near my 17th birthday on February 8th in the afternoon when I was vacuuming my car. A worker approached me and asked me to leave a review, he was older maybe in his thirties with dirty blonde hair and some generic name like Bryan or Dylan. I'm not sure. He then proceeded to walk behind me as I was bent over vacuuming my car and said "you look good". Im not trying to be a bother but it's concerning how people can say these things. And I wanted others to know that's my only experience of this car wash in Burlington and I was surprised. I hope he doenst work there anymore read more

Whistle stop is the best car wash in Burlington. Even when it's busy the line moves quickly. It gets my SUV pretty clean and I like that they have microfiber towels and cleaning supplies included. read more

First impression not so good. They offer military discount but it doesn't work at the pat station. You have to do it with an attendant. Priced well but it washed pretty much none of the dirt we got from transporting the car. It was not a lot but it was a greyish color I think from the salt on the road. Either way, my car looks as bad now as it did before the wash so I had to take it elsewhere to finish the job. Would I be back? Maybe. I might try with my other cars since the special is pretty amazing. There are a lot of options so I may try one of the others. Going in and out not bad. I wish they had better signage to direct us and an easier way to get discount without having to use a card or an attendant. read more

I just move out here and brought my brand new truck to this facility. Mid section of the wash, I heard some banging and the truck was bouncing around a little bit. Figured it was nothing but a car wash doing its thing. Got out to wipe my trucks down and noticed on both sides, scratches and deep rub marks in the clear coat going from rear passenger doors to the bed end of my truck. Filed a report on site. While filing that report with the manager on site, another car got out of line and asked if my truck had been scratched up and she said the same thing had happened to her husband's truck as well and proceeded to exit the facility. The manager on site took pictures and I left as i was told I would be getting a call. The manager called me almost 2 weeks later AFTER I had to call the customer care support line for not being contacted and the on-site manager stated he had to be careful with what he said and then literally proceeded to tell me and I quote "sometimes if there is dirt or particles on the machines inside the wash, it may cause marks and we usually take care of those but why would we fix something when the customer wouldn't return". They denied that their car wash did this and brushed it off. He said he would have the district manager or someone higher up call me. A month later, no call. I'm hoping they can be buffed out but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your business elsewhere. Customer service and taking responsibility of damage caused at this facility is nonexistent and sounds like I'm not the only one who has delt with this. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. read more

Too slow! Poor service.. too long loading cars.. why are you power washing cars? Machine not working properly?

First time and last time at this establishment. I went to get a wash to clean my car after a long roadtrip and more black spot ended up on my car that took me 4 hours to get off and it wasn't there before I went into the wash. Very disappointed won't be back. read more

Whistle Express Car Wash - Black soot on my car after I went through wash that wasn't there before I got to the car wash. - Car Wash Near Me - Burlington, North Carolina

Damage to vehicle, keep getting the proverbial run around. Mgr keeps saying corporate, blah, blah blah. Do not go there, will eventually do damage and will not acknowledge they were at fault. Something has to be wrong there, as they change employees like you change underwear. Ratings do not show negative stars!!! I was a member since opening. Membership was canceled immediately after damage on 01/27/2025. They claim 48 hrs to Respond. BS. PROVERBIAL RUN AROUND!!! read more

It was a beautiful day so naturally it was very packed, but the pollen has my gad my car looking pretty bad / green for days. I always love free vacuums, and they offer cleaner, Which can be hard to locate sometimes. They offer monthly memberships, and one time washes with (I believe) 3 different options with add on's. read more

DO NOT JOIN!!!! This car wash is trash. Sometimes you get soap and other times you don't. Tire cleaner NEVER worked from day on and half the vacuums work . So I canceled, I got a confirmation that I canceled... And they still charged me not one month two more months I had to put a stop on my credit card. Stay away go somewhere else or wash it yourself you be better off read more

Nicest car wash I have been to probably ever! A man at the entrance helps you pay for what you want and after your car is washed, they offer a very power vacuum (free) as well as glass cleaner, interior cleaner, towels, and air freshners (also all free). The basic wash is $10. read more

MARK was exceptional! I was struggling to go through when my membership did not get renewed, at the time unfortunately, I was not able to purchase a whole membership, but was trying to purchase just a single car wash. My Apple Pay and my physical card was struggling to go through, and there were multiple people behind me. I was in the members only lane, as mentioned before I was a member lol, so everyone was expecting me to zoom on through. Mark made sure I did not feel overwhelmed at the cars backing up behind me but MADE my experience much less overwhelming and worked with me until the issue was resolved and I was able to pay and go through the car wash! What would have made me very overwhelmed and frustrated was a pleasant experience all thanks to the wonderful car wash employee name Mark! read more

Whistle Express Car Wash - Happy people with their newly washed van! - Car Wash Near Me - Burlington, North Carolina

Very unimpressed with my last car wash right before the holidays. I wanted my car looking nice since family would be riding in the car so I paid for the best wash they offered. The car came out with no tire shine on the right side and rear window was still dirty. I had to come home and finish the job with my own supplies. This has gone down hill drastically in the last 6 months. read more

Really wanted to like this place but I'm not impressed. Paid $23.49 and dirt spots that were big and fresh didn't come off. Disappointing. The people working are very nice though! read more

Quality, going downhill fast. In the last 3 weeks I have been there about 3 or 4 times. Car comes out dirty after the wash, vacuum suction is low so you have to drive around to find working ones for both sides, clean towels are always out, and spray bottles doesn't work properly. You have to go on a small hike to find towels and sprays. So again, quality has gone downhill tremendously. The convenience we pay for on a monthly basis, is not adding up to the service. And NO, I do not want to contact customer care so you all can handle directly. What I would like is for the issues to be resolved. Thank you. read more

We pay by the month about $32 unlimited washes. Until today we've had a good experience albeit at a high price. Today we arrived at 8:00 am and had to wait until an attendant opened a gate that was supposed to be automatic. We got through the gate after an attendant had to figure out the problem. Not a big deal but annoying as we arrived early to be first in line because of a busy morning. Wait time was about 5-6 minutes....seemed longer because we were in a hurry. After we went through the wash to park and dry and vacuum or car we noticed cascades of soap running down the rear of our car and in the tailgate/rear door seals. Additionally, the vacuum suction on the passenger side was poor. Wish we had taken pictures of the back of our soapy car. Rather than go through the wash again, we came home and rinsed the entire back of the car with the hose. Last time we went, we opted to use the lower section of the vacuums. When we got down there, ALL the vacuum stalls were blocked off with large barrels. Very annoying. Until the last 2 visits we made, we would have rated it as 4. The wash was good, but the price is too high. read more

I live in Greensboro and have been taking the drive to Burlington for over a year now... When I tell you I tried so many car washes in Greensboro I did. But never found one that gets the job done like this place. I've always liked my car washed and looking good. I'm also a Uber driver and keeping my car clean is top priority to me for my business! This place offers free vacuums, towels, degreaser, glass cleaner and air fresheners! (ask at the office for the air freshener's) I also do have their membership and pay $45.99 a month for unlimited washes. I've never had an issue with no one all the guys are very friendly. read more

This is a good point car wash. They scan your license plate so no sticky sticker, they scrub front and back of car before going through wash, they offer to help with cleaning floor mats, and the equipment is always in good working order. read more

Paid over $23 for their highest level service. Frankly, I was disappointed. The car came out mostly clean, but there were still spots on the windows, and the tire rims were not clean. Back in the day when I went to car washes, an employee would finish your car and clean it up. That did not happen here. May not happen anywhere anymore. But not the level of service I would expect for the price that I paid. read more

Several days ago I posted a review of Whistle Express and gave a low rating due to the corporate location's customer care office's failure to contact me following multiple charges for my monthly unlimited membership. Though the customer care office has still not contacted me following four attempts on my part to speak with someone there, Alan, the district manager in my area saw my review and contacted me immediately. He promptly took care of the problem, issued me an additional credit for the trouble caused, and could not have been more helpful. In my opinion, some at the corporate location need to find other jobs and Alan should be brought in to manage the corporate care office. He was outstanding!! read more

NOT FOR THE WORKING MAN! This car wash turned me down would not wash my truck because I have a ladder rack. I've been thru here before but the last time I went they told me I couldn't go thru even though my truck and ladder rack was under the height limit. The manager did not give me an explanation either just that I couldn't get my truck washed EVEN IF I REMOVED MY LADDER!! Even though I've been thru there several times before. Good thing I didn't purchase a membership or I would've been cheated out of my money don't go here go somewhere else. Horrible service and even leaves spots all over your vehicle not worth $20. It's a rip off!!! Lil Donnie does a better job go there read more

I needed a quick wash before heading to work on this side of town, and found this little gem. I had no idea what i was doing but a kind boy named Caleb assisted me in how everything works. He was very attentive and responsive to all my questions about everything (i ask a lot of questions). I got the basic $7 wash, and free vacuum right after! My car was nice and shiny in a quick amount of time. read more

Super nice folks. I received a brand new GMC Terrain as a company vehicle this month. Took to Wave Wash for first wash. Hood is scratched with hundreds of scratches. I suspected my older vehicle a Totyota Highlander was getting scratched there, but it was older, so was not sure. I am sure now. Sorry folks, just cannot take chance on returning, even though everyone there is very nice. I would highly recommend checking you vehicle before and after and paying attention to new rubs and scratches showing up at this Wave Wash. read more

Multiple options ranging in price. Car wash includes vacuum and sprays/wipes for car interior and windows. Easy access, convenient, quick.

Car was still dirty. Bugs all over front grill. Wasted money.

Was my first time. I came home to visit to see my parent's cars super clean. I had to inquire and even more I had to try it for myself. Love the experience. Struggled on the cue to put the car in neutral.lol Will definitely be back. Sorry not sorry Auto Bell! read more

Loud bass music is interfering with my job. I work from home and my clients hear the bass- its super loud and distracting. I live 300ft away! Ugh! Quick and easy! Great value too! Loved that we could wash our cats and vacuum all for once price and paid all together instead of having to get quarters every five minutes like normal car washes! Definitely will be going back here! read more

This is my favorite place to take my truck to get cleaned up after a hard weeks work or a short weekend fun trip. The lava flow is awesome. This place is madness. They say are supposed to close at 8, but each and every time I have been passing through this area in the evening and tried to come, they are closed. Today it was 7:15. The last, 7:40. You are cutting into your business potential by not being open during your stated hours. I wish you all would get it together, and truthfully, people want to take car of errands like this after traditional business hours, and 7 is too early to close. read more

This wash is always great. Free vacuums, free towels and window cleaner. Friendly staff. I like the floor mat machine.

GREAT service!!!! Only concern is how it cleans chrome wheels! But over all it is awesome! And don't forget the free vacuums and towels!

I bought the most expensive package and they obviously want to push you thought so fast the jokers at the beginning don't even scrub the front or back of the car with the prewash. I pulled my car out and had a bunch of brush marks front and back for $20.00 you would think they would put forth more effort probably won't return. read more
