There were water spots all over even after the wipe down, and now I have a bunch of scratches across my car in various spots. These scratches weren't there before. The response I got was poor at best. They wanted me to run my car back through to see if it caused MORE DAMAGE to prove they did it. It was explained that, if it didn't do it again, they would only then check the cameras and machines for anything that could have caused it. Because I'm not willing to risk further damage, I'm going to have to pay for the damage to my car. AVOID AUTOBELL. Your better off washing your car yourself. This trouble is not worth what I paid to have my car washed.

Soi came the day immediately after the snow day, the first stall I used was broken and no signage in place, so that's not cool. The other 7 stalls worked fine, from what I could tell. There's usually a pretty good line at the 2x (automatic) car wash area, but I just find it easier to spray my own stuff. I do have one complaint here and that's the card/change/token machine, that thing needs to be replaced. Being that you must use to get their tokens on the bays, that freaking card reader is such a pain, multiple cards attempted, it's kind of a joke amongst us customers (who's the token machine gonna work for, etc.??). I wish they would get a better working card reader one, but other than that it's pretty cool here most times. Lately it's become a teenage hangout zone, which is not great, given the volume of the 2-3 vehicles, as they're competing for "loudest system". But they're just kids being "cool", I've never had any negative attitudes towards me and nobody else has, from what I've seen. so other than that, I am a happy customer. It's nothing special, but it's not the worst car wash by far. Although I do think you get a free vacuum token if you do the automatic car wash, that's pretty cool.

It took 2 hours to do an oil change car wash and inspection. I anticipated a wait as this place…read morestays busy but no one was in line for an inspection when I arrived and only one car was waiting for the car wash their was four in line for oil changes. I asked the guy if they wanted to do the inspection and wash first or the inspection but he said to just go into the oil line. I get wanting to do the oil first but it could have been a shorter wait had these been done leaving just the oil change to do. All staff are very friendly. Also, this place only offers the most uncomfortable seating both inside and out. Inside there is only 4 extra high tables and stools with small seats that dig into your thighs on the sides and bottom vs optional use of the space with more two person standard level seats that could fit 6 tables. They do offer iced water and coffee. The outside is metal mesh chairs and tables that get hot in the direct heat, a roll out awning would be a great addition to the area would provide more sun coverage then the small umbrellas that left many still sitting in the sun and the water fountain (filled with dirt, if restored would provide some tranquility and cool mist to the air. I also recommend resin Adirondack chairs that can be used under the trees nearby and brought in the car wash at night for storage vs the two wire mesh square tables with built in seats that painfully dig into your thighs and butt as well no matter which way you position.
