I sent it back and had them fix the issues, free of charge. Despite taking proper precautions during the initial curing period, I found even more bubbles and lifted edges on the PPF after that, but I live too far and it's too inconvenient for me to send my car back a second time. I'll probably just get it redone somewhere else at some point. What a waste of money.

They offer a mobile detailing service, but I just got a standard detail (exterior & interior) level 1 and that was an in shop only service. My husband dropped his car off in the afternoon and I received a text a few hours later when they were almost done. It took about 3+ hours total which was they quoted in-person too. I was blown away with how good of a job they did! They got rid of sand that was in my husband's car since 2018. I also didn't know his car display screen could be so clear.
