I feel oddly like Sleeping Beauty. Were there adorable fluffy deer with twin fawns like in the yelp pictures? I was pretty sure they were photoshopped, but apparently not. My massage therapist Naomi was incredible. I wish I could say that I fell asleep during the massage but actually I left more sore than when I came in.. which. was. perfect! I didn't even tell her what my profession was and she was able to tell the areas that cause me discomfort throughout the week. She targeted the areas of concern and intensely concentrated on them. I loved that she offered essential oils and there was no additional charge for them. The hot stone addition was relaxing and made me feel like a pat of butter on freshly made toast. The setting was exquisite, the massage expertise unbeatable, and the price incredibly competitive and worth every dime. Pretty sure I'll be braving the traffic to return to Oly just for these massages.

Since it was our Anniversary, they allowed us to reschedule without paying the cancellation fee. That was amazing. We booked the forest room. The float itself was wonderful, but the shower after was lukewarm warm for maybe a minute and then just went straight to cold. If this was my first time, that would have deterred me from coming back, but the last time we were in the galaxy room, the shower was amazing (super hot and on top of that.. it was a steam shower). Im sure the forest room shower was just having a one off tonight. I would recommend the galaxy room. Just a tip, there is no mirror or comb in the room to touch up your hair and make up, so consider bringing one.

Most recently, I've started weaving on a production level and found that the repetitive motion was affecting my shoulders. Mandy expertly found every little muscle fiber and tendon that was affected, including ones I hadn't even realized down the sides of my ribs and up through my forearms, and massaged them loose. When I asked her for suggestions, she had several great ideas for stretches that would help me with self-care as I adjust to the new activity. Where I feel it was like a massage envy type vibe where they don't just give you fully what you want and try to make you come back for another one. The hot towel and cupping was great however didn't seem like the person knew what they were fully doing. Lastly I know the cost of living has went up, but this was my first and last visit as no reason why someone should be paying $200+ for a massage period. I have found and had better from others in the area. Update: management did reach out in attempt to help solve future issues and provide a complimentary service.

They don't use the Massage Envy app for booking, so you have to call in. Which isn't the end of the world, but one of the reasons I bought a membership was how consistent and convenient the process was.
