It's Zen Outside the Chaos for a brief moment. Every time, the experience has been phenomenal. The therapists I've seen have all been attentive, professional, and truly skilled. The environment is clean, calm, and welcoming. I especially love the little touch of soaking your feet in hot water before starting. Such a great way to begin a session, and a fabulous foot massage. They're always respectful, kind, and communicative. I've shared that I've had surgeries on both my neck and lower back, and they always proceed with such care, checking in often to make sure the pressure is comfortable. One note: if you're booking any therapy service over 30 minutes, I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. They're getting busier (for good reason). I understand if a business needs proof of vaccination and taking the precautions they need to take for themselves, however, they should've mentioned that vaccination is required prior to confirming an appointment and maybe don't interrogate someone why they aren't vaccinated.
