I booked a mini chakra facial and was stuck in heavy traffic on my way over.. knowing that the service is only 30 min and I would be about 15 minutes late I called her to inform her that I would be so late that maybe it would be best that I just get charged the cancellation fee and I'd come back down to see her next month . I'm a service provider myself and I know how frustrating it can be when people are really late and she probably had other clients to see after my appointment so I didn't want to rush her but she worked with me and pushed my appointment down 15 minutes and gave me my full service and then some !! She told me she really wanted to give me a blessing and that she did... I fully de-stressed. The mini chakra facial was so nice - honestly best facial I've had !
