Where I feel it was like a massage envy type vibe where they don't just give you fully what you want and try to make you come back for another one. The hot towel and cupping was great however didn't seem like the person knew what they were fully doing. Lastly I know the cost of living has went up, but this was my first and last visit as no reason why someone should be paying $200+ for a massage period. I have found and had better from others in the area. Update: management did reach out in attempt to help solve future issues and provide a complimentary service.

He also found that some of the other massage therapists didn't check in with him about whether the pressure was adequate. He didn't have this problem with Keveyonna. She has several massage options available, and I love the online scheduling option. I always book the 90 minute sessions because I always want more than 60 minutes. It's that good. I delayed this review because I wanted to keep her all to myself!

Since it was our Anniversary, they allowed us to reschedule without paying the cancellation fee. That was amazing. We booked the forest room. If this was my first time, that would have deterred me from coming back, but the last time we were in the galaxy room, the shower was amazing (super hot and on top of that.. it was a steam shower). Im sure the forest room shower was just having a one off tonight. I would recommend the galaxy room. Just a tip, there is no mirror or comb in the room to touch up your hair and make up, so consider bringing one.

After making the appointment online, I sent a message asking if I could change it from 60 to 90 minutes. I was surprised and delighted to get a "yes" response from Jennifer only a minute later. This was my first visit to Massage by Brocx and only my second time getting a professional massage. Jennifer took the time to find out all the areas where I needed help and asked follow up questions to make sure she really understood. Being only my second massage, Jennifer did a great job communicating throughout the massage and made me feel really comfortable. She had an intuitive sense of where I needed more pressure and when to back off. The office environment is very quiet and relaxing which added to my overall experience. The thing I appreciated most was that she listened to me but then applied her skill and training to work not just the specific areas I mentioned but also all the places I needed but didn't even know it. I wish I could afford to go more, but overall it is a great value for the money and the skill being offered.

They're always respectful, kind, and communicative. I've shared that I've had surgeries on both my neck and lower back, and they always proceed with such care, checking in often to make sure the pressure is comfortable. One note: if you're booking any therapy service over 30 minutes, I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. They're getting busier (for good reason). This place has become my go to for relief and relaxation. Should I even be sharing this little piece of paradise? Hmm... maybe I should keep it a secret.
