The manager IVAN refused to accept the return item because his "store would take this as a loss" and "would not be able to resell it" and requested to return to the original purchase location. Ivan raised his voice, sounded stressed out and flustered repeated again his explanation.... Of course I had another rebuttal. Then advised ok I'm only going to do it this time.... The minute I turn my back, after the transaction was complete, he tells the cashier exactly my rebuttal " make sure you mark that item as defective ". I unfortunately will not be returning to this location because of the service you provided IVAN. I work in customer service as well - communication is key. I'm not someone to argue or complain and I'm very patient and I myself go above and beyond for my customers but wow. I truly hope this location works on creating a more positive environment for customers. Another issue I've encountered is that whenever I visit this store and she assists me, she persistently pressures me to add my phone number to my account. I've explicitly stated that I don't want to add my number to the account. Why can't I simply use my email address, which is already associated with my account? I find it puzzling why she keeps bringing this up whenever I come to shop there. Consequently, I've lost my comfort level shopping there and will make an effort to avoid going to the store altogether. Instead, I'll drive to the larger store.
