My kid purchased an astronaut costume here, including the helmet. The box the helmet was in was defective and we realized when we got home the helmet had a scratch. Today we went to 9018 to exchange the costume for a different color and size. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! The girl at the front counter didn't know how to do exchanges so we had to wait around 20 minutes for someone who did. When he finally got there he said we could not exchange the helmet because the box was damaged. I explained to him we had bought it already damaged from the other store and he refused the exchange Clearly Spirit of Halloween does not adhere to not taking damaged items back too strictly, if not they wouldn't have sold us the damaged one to begin with. Never again will I shop here, I hope you train your people better and offer some customer service classes. They made me late for an appointment, tomorrow is the last day to exchange and I will be at work so I can't exchange it anymore. Horrible!!!!

I think public hours are sale are limited to certain days and time, best to call and ask. At this point, it feels less like an occasional maintenance issue and more like a recurring problem that management has chosen not to fix. Customers should not have to leave the store to find a restroom while shopping. Providing clean, accessible restrooms is a basic expectation for any retail business. If the restrooms are constantly unavailable, management should be transparent about why and take the necessary steps to permanently resolve the issue. I clicked on drive up because I didn't wanna have to get out of my car so I clicked two door car, which is what I drove and then then asked for the color so I hit blue in their system. This comes up as a sedan. Well, I'm sorry to the person that was trying to help me if the car literally has to say sedan on it because any two or four-door car that's like lower to the ground is a sedan style car. They need to figure out how to describe the car is better in their system. Anyway, I had to go inside after waiting 10 minutes and the person that helped me had the audacity to say well I was outside and I didn't see any blue sedan and I'm like I clicked on two Door because that was the closest thing to my car showed her the order on how I did it showed her my car which was plain sight in front of the door. So to her face, I said if you had really been outside, you would've seen it and you would've seen me waiting in my car. You should've come up to me asking me if I was waiting and you didn't bother, which tells me you weren't even outside to begin with These people have become really lazy with Customer Service and they really don't care enough to really help the person who really would love to shop there. My advice is to stay away from the mobile ordering always go pick it up yourself or have it delivered to you.
