I went to try and return my costume that was too big just a day after purchasing and some chick with glasses was a complete B!!!!! She tried to accuse me of not buying my costume from that location although I had the receipt right there which showed the location on there. And to top it off spirit Halloween shouldn't have a refund policy and might as well make ALL sales finals. Since even if you open up your package to put on your costume you can no longer return it. Literally makes no sense. Spirit Halloween lost my business indefinitely. read more

Well overall it was a decent spirit Halloween. I was torn on purchasing this cool scary monkey with cymbals, but decided last minute on the way out that I didnt want to pay 40 dollars for a stuffed monkey, so I propped him up out of the way and went to leave. The guy at the front with the curly hair and eyeshadow stopped me and told me to go back and put the monkey where I found him. I told him I'm sorry but I don't remember where I even got him from. It was a little rude and I was taken aback. In my opinion he could have had a sale if he had maybe suggested if I'm sure I didn't want to purchase him, however he decided to try and boss me around and I didn't appreciate it at all. I'm not just picking on this location, but Spirit Halloween in general. On opening day, everything gets sold out. There should be a limit that says only one per person, because literally you have people 2+ more of on each hard to get statue; etc. The return policy at Spirit Halloween (in general) online is a mess and so unfair. After their workers ship to you a BROKEN statue, they make you pay out of pocket for shipping, and never refund you for it, even though they say the shipping comes out of their pocket with the return label. I hardly buy anything anymore from this shop, because of it's really poor CSR. read more

Definitely spooky, well organized for a pop up, the only thing is it's very overpriced, a lot items are worth it because I haven't seen them anywhere else before but other than that it's a great place to window shop in. The associates are always seasonal hires so there are very few that actually know what they're telling you so you do have to scramble and find someone usually (more mature) to help if you have a question. I went to 4 different locations they all have different items mostly because of selling out, I'd give this place a 5 but the prices are definitely something you need to check before you pick it up at these locations. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I came in today at 8:10pm to do a quick return and was told by the cashier to wait on the side until his manager comes back. He needed her code to do a return. Once his manager came back, she was on FaceTime instead of working. I made eye contact with the cashier, hoping he would grab his managers attention so that I may continue with my return. However, he never did. I finally had to ask him out loud so that his manager next to him can hear me too, I asked "so who's suppose to do our return?". His manager responded "you need to wait in line for returns" and I responded "we already waited in line and your cashier told us to wait on the side for you". Her reply was "you still have to wait in line, we have lots of people waiting for returns". I said "well which is the return line because we already waited in line". She replied "there is no return line, you need to wait in line". So we waited in line again and we ended up with the same cashier. He did the return with his managers code. I asked the cashier if he could please tell customers the correct return protocol so this doesn't happen again. The cashier apologized. I do not blame the cashier. I blame the manager. I couldn't believe her response. Why would she tell a customer to wait in line after being told by one of her employees to wait on the side for her? And to make matters worst no one in line before us did a return. Although she claimed "we have lots of people waiting for returns". I looked for a name tag hoping to write her name here however she did not. So here is a description of her: Hispanic, female, appears to be 5'3, black shirt and grey pants.
