This place is a decent-sized pumpkin patch that has free parking next to Target, a 3-dollar adult and 1-dollar child entrance fee, and a bunch of inflatables that kids can use as long as they can based on the price point you pay for. $25 for 30 mins or $35 for 1 hour This allows the kiddos to use all inflatables for that time that you pay for, and there are a lot; I think I counted about 12. All sizes for all kinds of kids, and they're unlimited play for the time frame you paid for. It is amazing, and no pumpkin patch does this. Most charge 1 token, equivalent to about 5 to 7 bucks, to use 1 inflatable for maybe 1 minute or 1 turn, depending on what it is. This option saves you so much money. On top of that, you can play up to 5 different games for 12 dollars, and they sell plenty of goodies and snacks for a decent price for the kiddos or for anyone wanting a snack. They have a petting zoo and, of course, photo ops and pumpkins for sale. The whole patch is not the biggest, but it is decent and extremely nice with great staff. The trees are always fresh, full, and beautiful--exactly what you want to make the holidays feel special. What truly sets this place apart is their incredible customer service. The staff is so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful every time we go. Last year, after we got our tree home, the stand became loose during the drive and the tree wouldn't stand straight. I called them in a bit of a panic, and they sent someone out the same day with a new stand! They fixed everything on the spot and only charged a very reasonable price for the whole ordeal. It was such a huge relief and made us feel truly taken care of. We also arrange for tree removal through them every year, and they've always been professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. If you're looking for a place that sells beautiful trees and backs it up with outstanding service, this is it. Highly recommend-- we'll definitely be back for many more holidays to come!

Over the past six years, I've only had one bad experience when I visited their Woodland Hills location, and they closed an hour earlier than the advertised time. It was frustrating, but aside from that, their trees have always been a tradition in our home. Today, however, marks the second time I've been disappointed, and I honestly feel deceived. I ordered a 7-foot tree, but the one I received (see picture) barely measures 6 feet if at that thanks to the long stem. I'm 5'4", and I swear, if I were just 3 inches taller, I'd match the height of the tree, not including that extra stem. This is really disappointing. I've never considered shopping for trees anywhere else before, but now I'm starting to think I may have to. The staff is usually friendly, but there are times when they seem completely absent. Today, they were hanging out in the parking lot chatting, so no one helped me pick out a tree. Eventually, the cashier had to pick the tree for me since she couldn't find anyone else. This may explain why the tree was smaller than expected, as I don't think the cashier was supposed to be picking trees, but just ringing up purchases. That said, it adds some context to the situation. Another thing I've noticed is that some of the workers expect tips. I always tip, but there's one particular guy who sets up the tree and then stands there verbally demanding a tip. Making a statement about how he did the work, so he should be tipped. This happened a couple of years ago, and he's still around, I saw him today. Interesting. At this point, I'm not sure how I feel about this place anymore. I might have to start looking elsewhere.

The field is set up on the triangle shape of the intersections, and it's relatively small and packed. The layout is so random and disorganized, no clear lines for entrance to different programs. They don't seem treat their animals very well, I overheard one of their employees argued with a customer who cared about the pony.

They work really hard to run the pumpkin patch, and have normal jobs the rest of the year. There are people complaining about pricing, but its an expensive operation to have open. There were a ton of bounce houses so that my 2 kids weren't bored. The owners also told us that we could come back all day (and night) and the amount we paid for the use of the bounce houses covered that. Overall I had a great time and I know my kids did too.

I didn't notice them here when I visited in 2024, so this was kind of a nice surprise. They now carry the Starbucks x Disney collab mugs, which makes it way easier if you don't want to search all over the parks. Quick heads-up though: the Starbucks locations in Downtown Disney only have the regular California "Been There" mugs. They don't carry the Disney collab versions.

Dan is the very nice owner, who also runs "boos&brews" during the Halloween season in Santa Monica. He and his wife started these pop up ventures as a place where people and families could gather in a fun and safe outdoor space, where kids can be kids and adults can enjoy a sip and relax. Dan focuses on libations from local producers and CA wines. There is music and an outdoor seating area where there are games to play. Dogs welcome too! The decorations and lights are very festive, and the service was personal and quick. They were happy to open up a fresh tree for us, which was very appreciated, and we could get one that wasn't already on a stand. There were some kids activities also around, but the price was a bit too high for us. These aren't cheap trees, but they had lots of variety and were very fresh. Plus, it was a friendly group of folks working there.
