When I reached out to them via Instagram, they made the process quick & simple to book our reservation. I had no issues with reserving, payment, or confirmation, it was all easy & fast. They did a great job with reaching out prior to the party to check in and confirm everything. Thankfully they had 1 last slot open on the date of the party and I'm so glad I booked it right away. Taylor was very welcoming & attentive not only to my daughter, but to all the other kids there. She looked beautiful, but her voice was incredible! I was in shock how identical she sounds to Ariel & even her singing was exactly the same my daughter was in awe! She was able to fit in story telling, a few games, singing happy birthday, and photos with all the guests all within an hour I was so impressed. My daughter was so happy & that was really the whole point, to make her smile & have her see her favorite Disney princess in real life on her special day.
