During the hour and a half, the super fun factory team was very attentive to the kids. Phillip the owner, also showed up and put the extra care to make sure the party went down without a hitch. All the kids had a blast. He had them singing and dancing. It was great. They were very responsive, and accomodating, since we had to the change the time mid way in. I also love the small details each costume has, materials used, and overall construction of the costumes to provide a good fit, as opposed to a generic costume you would purchase at a big retail store. When out and about in the costumes, we always get nothing but compliments on it.
