I like to think I can lift the bags by myself, but after back surgery I try to give my back a break. Mario saw that I might need help as I eyed the bag on the shelf. He was super helpful and asked me if I needed help lifting the 50 pound bag into my truck. That kind of observation by an employee is priceless and all of the employees have the same work ethic and have helped me at one time or another. It appears to be a great place to work because the employees have been there a while and are all so nice and friendly. I make it a point to shop there. And...if I haven't had anything for lunch, the popcorn is always is a great snack on my way out. Thank you!

The bath and brush groomers are not experienced when hired. Pets Mart allows minimal time per appointment. Nails are not trimmed properly. It seems as though bath and brush employees are learning to groom without experienced groomers overseeing what they're doing. I love the convenience of a neighborhood groomer however, lack of consistency is disappointing! For $10 more per groom my dogs will be properly groomed and dried by an independent groomer.

Had two really disappointing experiences…read more Second time here within 1 month of eachother. only because I was referred here by my nieces that adopted 2 kittens a few months ago. I was really hopeful on finding some kittens for my kiddos but the lady that shows you the kittens seems to not want anyone to adopt . She asks what we're looking for so I respond , short haired to avoid too much shedding. I did my research before coming in so I know there's breeds that fall in that category. Her response to us was that all cats shed (with an attitude and shrugs) . That was last month when I came in with my kids. We received the same response when we came in today . Brought my nieces with me to see if there were any kittens we liked. The same woman helped us today. I guess she's the one assigned to show the cats here .
