Day before, he calls and asks if I can reschedule as he had an urgent job come up. OK, no problem - we reschedule. On the morning of appointment, he called and wanted to reschedule again as the ground was wet and needed to be trenched. I told him I really needed it completed, so he sent out one of his guys. He didn't have to trench like we originally thought, and work was completed. I had them do additional work to get shed up fully up to date with code, and work itself was clean and neat. His billing is fraudulent. He overcharged me over $400 from his quote for that part of the work. His tech was originally overcharging me over $1000 more, until we called and he recalled his quote to me, but still tacked on these extra charges. Then I'm told it's a 3% CC charge and when I finally got the invoice, they charged me 4%. And then his original quote was trenching the 15' or so, and the line was in conduit they just had to pull through? I called Danny several times and left messages, and texted him several times over the following few weeks, and no courtesy of a reply or callback. I filed a complaint with BBB and he didn't respond to them either. So disappointing that he ripped off a senior. Shame on me for not getting it in writing ahead of time. But there's no possible way I can misunderstand his statement of "All the pool work and retrenching and replacing wiring to the shed, $975, or if we have to retrench to the house it'll be $1875." Then to refuse to adjust charge, let alone respond to calls, texts, or BBB complaint? Horrible business practice and would not recommend.

We had a lift truck repaired by Mac's. They used refurbished parts. I assume they did not give back…read morethe old parts because they must have used them for a core charge return. The refurbished parts did not last long and we had the same issues again. They charged us to redo the repair with a lengthy rental charge while they were fixing our machine. I would request parts back (I believe state law requires it) and ask for a warranty on repairs/parts if you deal with them. This was a very expensive lesson learned.

They told me I was a bad transformer and could not be repaired and attempted to to sell me a $450 used unit. I came to pick up my old unit and they kept trying to convince me to give them the old unit and they would refund th $45 dollar fee. I declined. They took 15 minutes to bring me back my old unit. When I got it back i discovered the controller card had been taken from my old unit. When confronted about it they said "I don't see why all the fuss over a scrap charger" then returned my control card. I reinstalled the card and took the charger to Earls Battery Service in Fraser, MI. They gave me a loaner unit to use why they checked my unit. They called me the next business day to tell me my charger was repaired. It was a bad wire and cost me $80 dollars. Mac service in my opinion is a very dishonest company and will try to rip you off
