If the owner doesn't want to close at 11pm, he should simply change his bussiness hours and close early and quit complaining about closing at 11pm or people coming at 9:30pm, when the business sign says, last wash is at 9:30pm. My mom works late and so do the rest of us, and I think it's rude for a business to tell the customers things when they simply are just trying to wash and are following the business hours policies. I arrived at 4:58 PM to drop off my dry cleaning, just before closing. As I approached, the door was being locked. I asked if I could still drop off my items. The employee at the door looked to a coworker, who pointed at the clock. She visibly rolled her eyes, unlocked the door, and walked away without greeting me, no acknowledgment, no basic courtesy. At that point, I chose not to leave my items. It wasn't about the timing, it was the attitude. If your posted hours say you're open until a certain time, customers should not feel like an inconvenience for arriving within that window. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's no reason to spend money where you're clearly not welcomed.

The washing machine didn't feel like it was closing properly, I feel like water would leak out but it was normal. The dryer was set to cold. I had no idea how it works until another customer told me that it's on cold. (Not the businesses fault but just stating my experience). The area where you fold laundry was bad. The blue folding table has slanted walls, so I accidentally pushed my clothes too far and some of my clothes fell into the trash can behind it. The placement of trash can and the slanted walls was a bad combination.

This was the closest place according to Yelp! Large washers are great ($3.75). Drying is 25 cents per 7 minutes which kinda sucks because down the street, drying is free with wash. There is NO SINK for rinsing detergent cups nor pre-treating. Place is pretty dirty & the bathroom is out of order.
