The cleaners has to update its website. It says it's open until seven but actually closes at six and that is an inconvenience when someone make plans to pick up before seven. Since they do send you a text message to tell you that you're cleaning is ready. They should probably include that pick up time is before 6. read more

Both my experiences here were awful. They put the wrong number of items on my ticket and had to wait for a manager to review security tape, and ultimately she told me I would have to take her word for it that she wasn't going to share any proof with me. The initial ticket was also incorrect as the individual didn't charge me same day pick up. On top of making me wait 20 minutes for them to review the cámaras, they went back and charged me same day fee. So they changed my items from 8 items to 7 and then charged me more for the 7 items than the initial ticket for 8. The first time I came here I brought 30 dress shirts to get cleaned. I am a bad customer to lose , I always bring a lot of clothes, but the management here is terrible. read more

I have had 2 bad experiences here at 2 different times I figured i would try them again and they ruined another of my husband's shirt the so called owner named Sandra stated she would replace it or compensate me for it and to this day I still haven't heard back from her and its was back in Nov of 2019. read more

THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY HAVE 2 STARS! What a pathetic excuse for a so called business. They ruined two suits and WOULD NOT take ownership for their wrong doing. The lazy and rude "owner" had an attitude from the start then when I asked that she fix the problem she went on to say it was supposed to look like that. I wanted to pay for what was done and leave the two suits she ruined and she REFUSED to spilt the bill (why would I leave my one suit that wasn't ruined???) I asked why I couldn't pay for what has been done and leave the ruined suits so they could get fixed she said "because I said so" BULL SHIT! She accused me of lying when I tried to pay for work that had been done? It made absolutely no sense!!! Money was NOT an issue. She said in order to take my one suit I had to pay full price. HELL NO! DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE! This place is joke. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in Oak Cliff so don't waste your time and money, these people will ruin your clothes!!! So this place is dry cleaning but has a sign that said boot repair so I tried my luck and see if they could fix my leather backpack. I have used them once before and everything went decently smooth last time. Not this time... I brought 1 (ONE) pair of black slacks in on Monday (12/1/14) around 11:50AM for a simple washing and hem fix. There was a tear in the crotch of my pants right along the seam, so an easy fix. Or so I thought. I asked the lady working the front desk if they would be ready tomorrow morning. She said no, Wednesday morning. I said okay even though I knew I needed them for work the next day. The ticket I received said the pants would be ready Tuesday evening at 6PM. I went to work the next day wearing the wrong style of pants. Luckily my bosses understood. I did not need the pants on Wednesday as this was Jean Day at work so I did not bother to try and pick them up until Thursday (12/4/14) morning, I arrived at about 10:45AM and handed the lady working the front my ticket and she set off to find my pants. After a few minutes of nothing, she emerged from the back and asked me what I was having them do to the pants. I said wash and fix a tear along a seam. She then asked the seamstress of the place some questions in Spanish. I did understand the lady with my ticket say that the pants were brought in 3 days ago. Then the lady with my ticket went through the pile of clothing next to the seamstress and bam there were my pants, untouched. So then, I am told my pants will not be ready until about 5PM that day. Visually frustrated, I left and continued about my business for the day. Later that evening, I realize that I forgot to go get my pants, so I resigned myself to wake up extra early for work to go get them. Now we reach today. I went in at about 8:35AM this morning, this being 12/5/14, 4 days after I brought my pants to Judit's Cleaners, and handed over my ticket to the same lady. Same song and dance. Can't find my pants in the back. She comes out saying I saw them finish them last night... She checks the big pile of cloths on the ground near the seamstress station and there my pants were. The tear had been fixed, but they were still unwashed. She tells me this fact and I said I really need them for work today. She asks when I work and I inform her that I work in less than an hour. She asked If I could wait 30 minutes for them to be cleaned. I told her no, I will need to have left by then. She then offers to have them pressed. Assuming pressing would take about 2 days to complete, I declined and asked to just take my pants. She handed them over and said not worry about paying for the alteration. All-in-all, I appreciate her offering up the comp, but I was not going to pay anyway because this was the WORST experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner. Even worse than when a different one ruined a shirt of mine. TL;DR - Do not use Judit's Cleaners. They are not on top of their game and a simple seam tear fix and washing will take what I estimate to be 5-6 days. This is an estimate because I picked up my unwashed, but altered pants on day 4. read more

I truly wanted to love this place. I love that you can bundle alterations and repairs with your dry cleaning, but alas they've ruined too many of my clothes. It all started with suit lapels being ironed askew then moved to little holes in my knits and has now culminated in multiple silk sweaters being ruined. The savings and convenience just aren't worth it. Headed back to Sunshine cleaners. read more

In the last six months this place has permanently damaged two shirts and most recently lost a pair of brand new slacks (literally only wore them once). I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the last year and they are able to do nothing to compensate for the loss or even apologize. I took 3 expensive name brand blazers to this cleaners last week. At first they couldn't find them and then when they finally found them I went to pick them up. The blazers had a foul smell, brought it up to their attention and they sid they would fix it at no cost. Now I went to pick them up today and they are faded and till foul smelling! Judit Cleaners is a business that brings shame to a community that I have been a part of for 38 years. This is a business that has regard for the community in which has helped them keep their doors open for however long they have been in business. They have no regard for prompt customer service and no regard with the sense of business, this place is ran with infrequency and no adherence to customer demands. 10/25/2016 marks the day that Judit's owner, the husband of the mom and pop team, gave absolutely no care that I was upset with their service, his words after I stated my unhappiness "I don't care." My simple request of "no starch and no crease" had happened once before and I gave them one more chance, but he did not seem to care that I was unhappy with their mistake, upset with the service and in a hurry. I could go on, but I will leave it at that. With the ever expanding nature of Oak Cliff, please listen all new comers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. In my few years of experience here they are a great cleaners for jeans, slacks and jackets. I've used them for button down dress up shirts and when I get them back I always have to re-iron them as they have vertical wrinkles which defeats the purpose of taking them to the cleaners. Also on 3 different occasions I've gotten dress shirts back with broken/crushed buttons and some shirts may have been pressed for a long period of time with high heat because the color significantly changed just with handling by them. A bright red shirt came back a deep dark red and lost the original color for good. read more

Outstanding service. Came from California for a wedding for the weekend. Needed my bride maids dress cleaned asap. Thank God my sister recommended them. Once I got there, the young gentleman greeted me very well and helped me out tremendously. Judith's Cleaners not only left my dress like it was brand new, as well rushed my dress before the deadline. really bad service i dropped off an expensive suit and when i picked it up they gave it to me without the pants. i asked several times to speak to a manager/owner and no one will contact me regarding this matter. i will never use them ever again!!! if you don't want to lose your clothes i suggest you don't use them. read more
