I'm glad I chose it because it was a pretty good experience. The machines don't take debit/credit cards, you'll have to purchase one of their reloadable ones. Both dryers and washers took 30 minutes each. **Average Cost(s): When I went the big washer was $6.95, the medium was $4.75, and the smaller one was $3.95. The dryer said $1.25 but I wasn't charged for it. **Seating: There are some benches and plenty of folding areas. **Location: It's in a very busy area next to a car wash. Some of the clients look sketchy, but I've never been bothered. There's plenty of parking. **Service: I had a pleasant experience the one time I spoke with the older male cashier to purchase a card.

It wasn't too crowded and I had plenty of room to do my thing. The part that wasn't my favorite... was everything was operated using a specific card from this place. You have to load it with money, no coins, and no credit cards will operate the machines. You cannot get money back off the card if you don't use it all. Some people might like this system, but its not my thing. I had to get help several times because the card wouldn't work. Other than that, it was a nice place and close to gas, food, banking, and 360 highway.

If you forget your soap or bleach, there's plenty there to buy in a small booth manned by an attendant. Speaking of attendant, he kept himself busy the entire time I was there by cleaning every single machine and all surfaces. I've never seen a laundromat so clean! One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.

Good prices for what you get out of it. Each machine takes a credit card...even American Express. I used 4 washing machines and 4 dryers and all 8 machines worked all with a credit card...no issues.
