However my dryer went out and hasn't…read morebeen replaced yet and well the laundry doesn't stop piling up, so to the dreaded laundry mat I go. However, this wasn't the typical laundry mat. I walked in and was greeted by Adrianna, who I guess from the look on my face knew it was my first time. She explained the different size machines, showed me how they work and suggested I download the app versus putting quarters in the machine (they do accept them and there is a change machine) - so I can get emails and build loyalty points. The app accepted Apple Pay however she did let me know that there were no refunds, so if I loaded $20 and only used $15, I would just have a $5 credit. I drag all my stuff in and get started but unlike other places, the machines provide the detergent (you have options, tide, gain or sensitive tide) as well as color safe bleach. For an extra charge you can request extra for those extra stinky loads. Also on the app you can tell how much time is left on your wash and dry and it gives you an alarm option for a one minute before it stops. Drying was just as easy as they provide the dryer sheets! Seriously folks how many times have you forgotten something and dreaded having to go to the machine and buy it. You don't have to worry about that here. Lots of spots to fold your laundry, they have lots of seating, have a TV and offer free coffee, clean bathrooms, a vending machine for snacks but the one thing that impressed me the most although I'll never utilize was the kids corner!!!! It had child appropriate shows as well as toys so they can play while work gets done. I also saw outlets so you can charge your phone while you are waiting. But wait . . . There's more!!! If you are like me and hate doing laundry, they have a drop off service where they will do it for you!!!! Washed, folded and bagged all for a small fee (check out my picture for current price of this post). Adrianna gets to know her customers and she doesn't allow loitering - which I appreciate because I tend to walk away from my stuff from time to time (yes, I know, stupid), so she's there keeping an eye out for folks. There's plenty of free parking on the backside, as well as an entrance, so you don't have to walk around. And the kicker, I washed 5 loads of laundry (don't judge me), dried them and folded them and was out of there in just over an hour!! So this is now my spot for laundry and I don't feel rushed to replace that dryer, but when I do, I'll still keep coming by for those loads during the summer (iykyk!)

Came back to give it another try since it's close by but won't be back in the future. Half of the machines were broke and even the ones that were supposed to be working didn't seem to. One of the loads we started the water spilled in gallons out of the bottom for lack of a good seal. When we made the girl working there aware she didn't seem to be in any rush to help. She laid two towels over the water (which didn't make any kind of difference compared to the amount of water on the ground) and put up a caution sign. There was at least an inch of water on the floor. Then she didn't put up a sign or anything to say it wasn't working and another lady almost tried to use it but I warned her not to. It wasn't until the owner (I assume he was) came by almost an hour later did it get mopped up. It seems that this was a common issue because there were towels bunched up on the other aisle below other washers as well. Inside was very hot.

There are extra large and large front end loaders. The big ones are $6.75 per load. The small ones are $3.75 per load. The best part though, the dryers are free! Of course, that's if you are using the wash machines. There are a couple vending machines and some games. Machines for coins and to purchase laundry products. Lots of carts and several tables for folding clothes. We've been here in the evening when it can be pretty busy. During the day is not as crowded. There is a person on duty if you have a question or problems with a machine. The day we were there, a lady was on duty. She was cleaning everything as if it were her own house. She was making sure everyone had a mask. She had to get some quarters unstuck in one of our machines. She was very polite and quick to help!

We had 2 incidents where the owner gives my fiancé's pants to another customer and doesn't not want to give me a discount after she gave his pants to the wrong person! Today we had another incident were we were missing his shirts! The owner said I was lying & she was going to check the cameras, which I didn't mind because I was not lying. Both owners were so rude to the situation and kept telling me that they had already gave me my clothes!
