It was my first time using a laundromat, but instructions were clear, the space was clean and comfortable enough for our hour there. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was, including the bathroom that I needed to make use of while there. I imagine that there must be much worse places to do laundry, and honestly some former apartment complex laundry rooms where I have lived in the past were way way less appealing to use than this spot. So, after I read the reviews on the laundromat, I took the advice and went early afternoon. First off, what an apt name for a laundromat! Great choice! Secondly, love the system! Third, 50 cents for every 10 minutes, so a dollar 50 for 30 minutes?!! Bless your heart!!! I cannot thank you enough for the kindness! Especially since I have spent a pretty penny otherwise elsewhere where it want this cheap! Also, there was a staff going around wiping down the machines, so another plus! And there is a park right across that we walked around in to kill time, so wonderful location! In the drying cycle, we walked to the Whole Foods and back! This is the most dirty, unkempt laundromat I have ever seen (and I've been to several). I took my dog bed there because it wouldn't fit in my washer. The outside parking lot should've been an indicator of how the inside would look. There were fast food bags, wrappers, bottles, etc everywhere. When I got inside it was even dirtier. The floors were nasty and littered with lint, dryer sheets, etc. The inside doors of the washers were leaking and moldy. There was no attendant around to ask questions about the dryer, either. I put ten dollars on my card and it wouldn't let me add more time. It kept saying "machine busy". I took the dog bed out after ten minutes of drying and left. I'll never be back. read more

Its not brand new but its not too old. I got done what I came here for, to do laundry. Pleanty of parking, free wifi. The only thing I would change would be their payment system. 2 for Inconvenience if you are a person who has change. They have only their own card that you can only put cash on, NO CHANGE dispensers to get credits. I came in expecting you can use change, but nothing to take coins. Not even the food dispensers. For all this inconvenience it's actually too expensive - cheapest is 4 dollars a load, and drying IS only 50c but they still expect you to put money on their card even if you Conveniently had two quarters in your pocket. They were super quick to help out when I had a question, and very friendly. The location is great and plenty of parking. Carts to help you to and from the car, cleaning crew on site. Came here to wash my huge comforter... And for a laundry mat it is pretty good! Tons of washers/dryers, pretty clean. They use a laundry card so don't worry about bringing your quarters or dollars even if you have a credit or debit card. That makes it easier, although you can end up with money lost if you don't calculate it correctly, or if you aren't going to come frequently. My suggestions would be better seating, their chairs are horribly uncomfortable. Also, they have tv's, but none of them are facing any chairs! You would have to be standing folding laundry to make any use of them. So overall, I give it a three because there are definitely improvements that could be made, but hell it's a laundry may, the expectations aren't incredibly high. read more

Ok this place has the potential to be better, We always feel totally robbed when you keep feeding the driers with money because they need to be cleaned out.! Every time we head home after 4 or 5 times in the drier and wasting all that money our clothes are still very damp and we have to put them out. We are fed up of wasting money time after time after time because of the driers! If you don;'t get there early in the morning by 2pm the driers don't work because they are that full. It is a thriving business and probably the best laundry in town so why not put someone in there who can clean the machines out and keep the customers happy! OR is that the plan! keep the driers sub standard so we all pay more. What ever happened to customer service? Now to balance the other side of the service, the washers are amazing! they come in all sizes and i mean all sizes! there are a couple of huge ones that i could probably climb insideand there are also smaller ones that you can use. The prices on these are very reasonable and they are sooooo quick too. You guys just need to sort out the driers and it will be perfect. read more
