    Spiffy is terrible at taking responsibility for issues they caused. They put holes in my carpet after I asked them to clean a stain. They said they could get it out without any issues. They were wrong and put holes in my carpet. They are blaming me for the holes and will not do anything to help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    My boyfriend got his car cleaned by Tyler a few weeks after me and he did phenomenal. His car was disgusting and Tyler cleaned it like new. These guys at spiffy are great, I am in no way paid or was given anything other than a referral by someone.

    Wow I was blown away by Get Spiffy. Far exceeded my expectations. I called and the technician came to the house within an hour. My technician was WHATSON SAINTILIEN. The man worked on my car for 3 hours. There was dried on sap on the car and he removed it. His attention to detail and precision was amazing. Every time I thought he was done he was polishing and touching something up. The car looks almost brand new. The interior and exterior were immaculate. The prices are very reasonable. They offer a discount for referrals. I highly recommend Get Spiffy. Ask for Whatson you will thank me.

    Car wash looked like a regular wash. Make sure you confirm what is included in the deal. Double check the services done. Car wash guy was prompt. Office responds to calls quickly. Friendly staff. Spiffy main office should do a follow up call after each service and ask if the customers were satisfied or not. Solicit areas that need improvement. (Please see photographs with more comments.)

    After posting my initial less than positive review here on Yelp, the cofounder of Spiffy reached out to discover more. First, it should be noted that the experience I had with Spiffy was a couple of years old (pre-COVID, which seems decades ago). The cofounder apologized, noted that the individuals I had been interacting with were no longer with the company, and asked if I'd give Spiffy another shot and a chance to prove that they could do a great job. After a bit of back and forth (initially I resisted as I wasn't looking to get something for free, as I no longer have the Porsche) we agreed that it was only fair to give Spiffy a chance to try again, and they set me up with an Awesome Detail package. I have to say that everyone I spoke with at Spiffy, from the customer care manager to the detailer/technician assigned to the job were very professional, personable, and made an effort to keep me up to date. The day of the detail rolled around, and of course it was pouring out. The detailer called to apologize about needing to reschedule (as I don't have a garage with my house) and I worked with the Spiffy team to reschedule a few days later. That day worked out nicely--it was bright and sunny, and the process was very straight-forward and easy--the detailer arrived, I provided the key, and he started immediately. Three and a half hours later, I have to say, my car was as clean--if not more so--than when I originally bought it (you can see pictures attached). Even with having two dogs with fur everywhere and doggo slobber on the windows...the detailer, Tyler, even managed to get the fabric on the B-pillar totally clean. Spiffy did live up to the name of the detailing procedure--it was truly was an Awesome job. Sure, I had a less than ideal experience with Spiffy--but any company can have a bad day/detailer, so I consider it water under the bridge. Based on my latest experience, both with the management and detailing work, I feel comfortable changing my rating significantly. I know I'll be using them for my future detailing needs.

    Other family members have faves about Spiffy and on several occasions I have watched as the technician put a mat under the car to collect the runoff during the cleaning process. When the tech was cleaning my car I noticed that there was no mat so I reached out to customer service. I suspect that nobody contacted the tech in real time because there was no change in his process. When the work was finished I asked again about my expectation that the Runoff would be collected. I was told that the tech was reprimanded and offered $20 off my $200+ service. Very disappointed.

The mechanic listened, asked good follow-up questions, made sure he understood the problem before drawing any conclusions, and then diagnosed it cleanly. The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. That said, I am a big fan of this establishment and will be using them for repairs in the future (apparently sooner than I want :) Bonus: he pointed me to a wonderful Indian place across the street, Biryani, which I'd highly recommend if you have time to kill while your car is being worked on.

I ended up needing more work done and while it was expensive as cars are it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Gia the manager was also just pleasant to talk to and very communicative overall. She even offered to let me come around the desk to type in my credit card number for privacy which I felt was a thoughtful gesture. Overall my experience was great and my car feels better! I made an online appt for 12:30. I got there about 10 minutes early. They took my car in right away. I told the guy at the front I had 45 minutes max or I'll need to leave and reschedule. He said should be no problem. After about 30 minutes I was getting nervous because I had to be back at work by 1:10. So I started watching my tech. Slow as molasses. Guy disappeared a few times in the back room for minutes at a time, AFTER her poured the oil in the car. Walked across the ENTIRE shop to throw away my old oil sticker. Spent 10 minutes at a computer inputting information. Just so damn slow. Driving me nuts. Should not have taken nearly an hour to change my oil with a guy on the job immediately at drop off. I was 15 minutes late back to work. I was pacing in front of the desk guy but he couldn't be bothered to help move this job along. All that for the minimum cost of $91. No conventional option I was told. This was the cheapest option. There will not be a 3rd time going here.
