I love the bold artwork and the gold accents throughout the space. I always get the Tonkotsu Ramen when trying out a new ramen place. It is how I benchmark the restaurant. The broth was rich and intense; the ramen was topped with pork belly, jammy eggs, julienned wood ear mushrooms (a favorite), corn, and fermented/ pickled (?) bamboo shoots. The noodles were straight and thin, unlike the typical "wavy" ones I am used to. There was also a fishy taste that I first attributed to shrimp, but later, when I watched a video on the restaurant's website, I realized it came from the fish in the shoyu sauce.
