Sper a thought for anza
Fox E.

Sper a thought for Tony Danza, who this place is named after. (Sper-Danza). Pretty fancy Design Gallery inside the mall at Willow Bend which sells a lot of expensive and pretty things such as vases and pottery, and all kinds of things to decorate your home with that will delight you if you're into this kind of thing.

Not aware of the Speranza Design Gallery at Willow Bend, I had to go and visit the store right away.

The store is beautifully curated, and everything is displayed with so much care that I honestly didn't want to leave. I originally stopped in to pick up gifts, and one of my favorite touches was that they gift wrapped everything for me. It made me feel special as a customer, but it also saved me the extra stop of having to buy gift bags, paper, or tissue. Such a thoughtful service and honestly a brilliant touch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I could easily spend an hour in here just browsing, discovering little treasures, and enjoying all of the amazing scents throughout the store. They also have unique jewelry, keychains, and other beautiful gifts that make it easy to find something for almost anyone. I went in and found your books, and I also visited the clearance section and found the most wonderful chocolate for giftgiving. Everything was a great price. I don't remember if they offer military discount or not, but I will definitely ask next time. The location was convenient, parking was easy with the nearby garage, and even my children enjoyed walking through the store with me. This wasn't just a shopping trip. It felt like an experience. I'll definitely be back.

It was a little more on the pricey side, but that wouldn't stop me from purchasing something I fell in love with. Also this store is a great option for gift ideas! The staff there was extremely attentive and helpful! I want to go back and explore more, since I know there are things I did not see the first time.

I placed an order on the 9th of May for two bouquets/flower arrangements for my "mother's day"…read moresince I couldn't celebrate it the weekend. I have never ordered flowers like that before so I didn't know what to expect or what might be considered "common sense". Initially the gentleman was very helpful, I told him what I wanted for my mom and sister. There wasn't a lot of communication in my opinion, I told them what day I wanted to pick up and that was it. They did not tell me a time and I didn't tell them a time because I expected asap. I said Tuesday, so I expected by Tuesday they would be ready. I show up to the shop at 10:40a assuming they would already be open. There is nothing posted on the door, no hours, nothing and when I looked up "the holiday guys" from my receipt the hours say 8am. I had been leaning against my car, patiently waiting and looking up the shop on my phone, a random man comes up and starts asking me questions. He asks what I'm doing there, I tell him I'm here to pick up an order. He said what are you here to pick up, I tell him. He says he doesn't have a key, they open at eleven. I said I know now, no one told me when I placed my order. He rudely says the hours are posted online. I said that's great, still I am here waiting till they open. I ask him if that is okay, am I not allowed to wait here. He kept apologizing and I told him to stop and basically just wanted him to leave me alone and stop bothering me. Finally the man who took my order shows up and opens the door and we are able to go in. He immediately pulls up my receipt and says you didn't tell us a time to pick up. I said neither did you, I told you guys Tuesday? So I expected Tuesday. He tells me I need to give them time to do the order and then offers me a refund and I immediately just say yes. He does the refund, I ask for a receipt for the refund and I turn to leave. He says behind me that it is a shame he just got some beautiful flowers, I said that's fine and left. I will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone else and it's unfortunate because there was some great plants there and I was really excited to come back and shop later. This was my first experience doing something like this and it left a nasty taste in my mouth. I am extremely disappointed that there was not more communication about time and how pick up would work. The fact an employee felt comfortable enough to approach me and interrogate me only to not even be able to help me was really uncomfortable also. The fact I was blamed for the lack of information when it took FOREVER to figure out the shop was not called "the holiday guys" but called "seasonal market" and that is not posted ANYWHERE nor does it say that on their receipt I was sent. They had from the 9th to the 12th to get it done and if they needed more time than that, it was on the business to communicate that. When did they expect to get it finished if they get started on the 12th, the day it was due? I am so confused and disappointed I was made to feel a little crazy for being upset at the situation. I am sure if the order was ready on time the items would have been lovely. The experience alone is enough to make me never want to go to this place again.

Also, they are general store selling more than just drinks. I absolutely love their Sunny Latte, my favorite from Jonny's! For matcha lover, including myself, I don't think they use Japanese ceremonial (if not, please correct me) and as you can see from photos, they were milky. They also have a prayer board where you can pray for or put your prayer request!

This place is absolutely adorable and a great spot to hang out or get some work done…read more Parking was ample, which is always a win. Getting inside was a tiny bit confusing since it's part of a larger complex and not immediately obvious where to go, but once I figured it out, everything was smooth sailing. The staff was friendly and respectful, and service was impressively fast. My mom and I stepped outside for literally a minute after ordering, and when we came back, our drinks were already ready. That said, it did taste a bit like a rush order. Drinks: * Coffee: solid and enjoyable--no complaints there. * Matcha: unfortunately mediocre. Dallas isn't exactly a matcha city, and this one confirmed it. Very lip-smacking and not something I'd order again. Vibe: Where this place really shines. Super cute ambiance, great music playing, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. There were plenty of people working behind the counter--even during a slower moment--so it feels like they could easily handle a crowd. Food: Didn't try it this time, but everything looked great and there was a nice variety. Overall, I'd 100% come back, especially to work or relax. I'd just skip the matcha next time and stick to coffee. Fantastic ambiance, good service, and a space that makes you want to stay awhile
