I originally stopped in to pick up gifts, and one of my favorite touches was that they gift wrapped everything for me. It made me feel special as a customer, but it also saved me the extra stop of having to buy gift bags, paper, or tissue. Such a thoughtful service and honestly a brilliant touch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I could easily spend an hour in here just browsing, discovering little treasures, and enjoying all of the amazing scents throughout the store. They also have unique jewelry, keychains, and other beautiful gifts that make it easy to find something for almost anyone. I went in and found your books, and I also visited the clearance section and found the most wonderful chocolate for giftgiving. Everything was a great price. I don't remember if they offer military discount or not, but I will definitely ask next time. The location was convenient, parking was easy with the nearby garage, and even my children enjoyed walking through the store with me. This wasn't just a shopping trip. It felt like an experience. We've been on the hunt for three very specific jellycats: a frog, a blue dragon and a birthday cake. when we came in today, we were completely in shock to see all three were in stock! my son very excitedly grabbed the frog that he has so desperately been wanting and plopped down on the floor with it in his lap, and shortly after an employee walked over and took it out of his lap, put it back on the shelf and walked away without saying a word. while I understand the high demand for these toys and trying to keep things in your store organized and not damaged, this behavior was completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful, especially over a stuffed animal. we would've easily spent $200+ today on jellycats alone. I was on the phone with my sister as well who wanted a few but after this incident, we put everything back and left. I called and spoke to someone who said they were a manager, but wanted to post also on here as just a heads up to others who might be also searching for jellycats with their kiddos.
