From the start, the trainer (I believe her name was Christina) made me feel uneasy as it being my first time to a new studio in the area. During the class, I felt left out and singled out at the same time. I was met with snarky remarks about my stamina and how much I need to improve on what I have been doing thus far on my wellness journey. I left the class feeling unmotivated and quite insecure. To my women looking for a female trainer, maybe there is somebody else more suitable to encourage health and wellness both physically and mentally.

Tip: There is a small boutique section at the entryway, and for the holidays many items were 50% off while supplies lasted! Other tip: You can pay as you go, if you'd like. For one of my classes, there were some people from out of town using the gym for just a few days, which is nice for them. He was also super attentive and even taught me some new movements that I hadn't done before. He ensured that I was never lost during any part of the warm-up and workout and explained everything thoroughly. It was almost like having a private trainer! He even helped suggest some ways to improve my form on certain lifts. When training at the same gym, you always have the same coaches, so it was very nice to get a new perspective because he was able to pick up on some things that my regular coaches did not see. This box has all the equipment you see at any other CrossFit gym, and it is well organized and very spacious. There are even little red squares on the floor that help everyone space out. I loved this box so much that I will definitely stop by at every opportunity I get when I am back in West Palm Beach. I am so glad that I found this location! This is usually my Pilates studio, so it was fun switching things up and trying something different. The class was super engaging and definitely challenging, but I felt so good afterward. The instructor, as always, was really kind and did a great job making sure everyone understood the movements. She explained not only how to do certain moves, but also what they help with, like posture, digestion, and overall body awareness, which I really appreciated. It was a tough but rewarding class, and I left feeling strong, energized, and accomplished. I'd definitely recommend this class if you're looking to challenge yourself while still feeling supported.

Really cares about you and your workout and wants to make sure that you're not only enjoy it, but feel like you're getting what you want out of your workout. She does have a more strength training style on the reformer, which I do enjoy I have seen muscle growth and strength build, but does use some classical Pilates techniques, of course. I love that they provide towels not all Pilates places do and fans in front of every reformer, which is really nice!

Due to the lack of parking I had to circle around and this caused me to arrive 7 minutes late to the class. The rude attendant at the front insisted that the teacher would not allow me in. But I know so many times I have seen people enter way beyond the 7-10 minutes. She stood there and argued with me and instead of letting me in. This behavior is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been attending class all over during my work travel to cities including New York, Miami. It is the gym's responsibility to provide parking and the fact that they don't even validate should mitigate a 7-10 minute grace period. The same girl at the front didn't care that I would leave this review. Also later that day I made it to a class and noticed a woman walked in 7 minutes late with no issue.

What was once a relatively relaxed, comfortable place to exercise now feels more like a loud nightclub than a professional fitness facility. The music is frequently played at an unnecessarily high volume, making it difficult to concentrate, decompress, or enjoy a peaceful workout. Instead of creating an environment that feels welcoming and restorative, the constant pounding club music gives the entire space a chaotic, overstimulating quality. The change goes beyond the music. There is now a noticeable coldness in the way the gym is operated. Interactions with management feel unnecessarily rigid and confrontational, and the overall attitude is less focused on hospitality and more focused on enforcing corporate policies without consideration for the customer. I originally joined under the previous ownership with the understanding that I could pay my $50 membership fee monthly. When an attempted automatic charge did not process, I went into the gym on the day the payment was due and offered to pay in person. I was told that no balance was showing in the system and that there was nothing I could pay at that time. A few days later, the gym attempted to charge me $80, including a $30 fee related to the declined transaction. I explained that I had come in on time and tried to pay, but their own system and staff had prevented me from doing so. I was also never clearly informed that the terms of my original agreement had changed or that a declined automatic payment would result in such a substantial additional charge. Rather than calmly addressing the contradiction, management became defensive and seemed more interested in justifying the fee than preserving a positive relationship with a paying member. That interaction reflected the larger problem with this gym: it no longer feels like a place designed for people who want to improve their health in a comfortable, respectful atmosphere. It feels loud, impersonal, tense, and increasingly unpleasant. Anyone looking for a polished, peaceful, mature fitness environment may want to visit during peak hours before committing to a membership. Listen to the volume of the music, observe the atmosphere, and pay attention to how management communicates with members. There are simply too many well-run gyms available to spend time and money somewhere that leaves you feeling more agitated when you leave than when you arrived.
