PAYING THEM BEFORE WAS ANOTHER MISTAKE I MADE. I brought my car to them after my accident they said it would take around 2-3 weeks. 1, month past, 2nd month past and third month came and they still had it. Every week my mom and i came and they always made some BS excuse saying the parts are coming in and it would be ready the end of the week,i heard that like 20 times.. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE. If I never came to the store or called or texted them they would have kept my car there forever. I came to the store so many times to look at my car and they never made any progress it sat there for weeks untouched. Only time they would actually try working on it was if I came to the shop and asked them about the car. The workers there are old crippled and lazy do not trust them with your car. I had to get my mom and grandma involved and I sat there for hours just for them to give me my car. He charged me charged me over 7.5k to fix my car and they didn't even do everything we discussed. When They finally gave me my car they told me the car was overheating and leaking and did nothing about it. I had to take it to another mechanic. I would text the owner ALFONSO and his assistant PAULO and they would never respond whenever I call them it goes to voice mail. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY ARE CURRENTLY MOVING SHOPS. read more

When I was recommended to speedy collision repair at first I was a little sketched out because just like any other repair shop you just don't know but when a very good estimator at park wood in frisco recommended speedy collision repair my worries weren't so bad. After coming and getting the estimate from them and talking I was surprised how good of a deal it was I mean of course they weren't the first people I went to either because I just didn't know if I was getting ripped off or not because I'm only 18 so you know they see a young guy and start saying stuff like ohh yea you need to get you blinker fluid change and what not like uhhhhh ok. I was nervous about taking my c6 corvette in all the way to Plano when there were reputable body shops within 5 minutes of my home. I wasn't certain that the insurer's insurance would pay up since he carried a low rated insurance and the company had a bad reputation of paying out. Alfonso worked with the adjuster and was able to convince them to write a check close to the estimates I received from a couple of other companies. Most of the damage was on my bumper and fog lights. Speedy went above and beyond by not only repairing the bumper and fog light but also smoking my turn signals like they were prior to the accident and blending the paint on the bumper to match the hood and fenders. Place should be renamed: Speedy Collision & Customs Bought a brand new Ford F-150 Limited and wanted it fully blacked out. Got a few quotes and found that not only was Alfonso competitive in pricing, he also was very knowledgeable in doing a custom blackout. I originally just wanted to do wheels, front grill, rear tailgate appliqué, and door handles. He recommended I add the running board trim, window trim, ford logos and smoke the lights. Only did a few extra items and regretted not doing all of it. Alfonso took care of me and took the truck in again to complete the project and it looks amazing!!! I recently wrecked my 2009 Lexus I had it towed to a shop that wanted $7000 and a little over 3 weeks to do the work I called speedy and talked with Alfonso who I sent image to via text and he immediately said he could do it for half the price and 1/3 of the time as the first shop. He went and picked my vehicle up and exactly when he said it would be ready it was 1 week later. My Toyota Corolla was in a bad shape at bumper and at the sides due to multiple hits in the winter. Bumper needed replacement and needed colour patches. Alfonso looked at it and said that they may just do the replacement of bumper and colour it. But they also said they can check if they are able to clean the patches on the bonnet and at the sides. These guys are great. The red Porsche in the picture is mine, and they did an amazing job with the body kit. Everything went smoothly dropping the car off and they even gave me a ride home. The kit included 7 pieces including a hood and the car came back looking better than I could have imagined. They also brought the car to my house since I didn't have a ride down. Speedy Collision did a great job replacing and painting the rear bumper on my wife's Honda Accord. It looks as if it was the manufacturer's original. Alfonso, the owner, is great to work with.
