If your package is in the hands of this company, it's a 50/50 chance you'll ever see it. This time my package ended up at a self carwash that I actually recognized by the pic. Same street number, but different street. The driver left at soap machine and of course that lasted about a minute over there. Drivers are not attempting to deliver my package they have to ring the intercom to enter building but instead claim they can not deliver! The other day speedx delivered someone else's package! If I do not receive my package I will be taking legal action against them this is unacceptable!!!! This place is pathetic first package I just happened to look at the window and the guys wandering in the courtyard I saw I had a package in his hand. He was lost. Maybe he would have got the right building eventually. I told him where I live. Very next day I get email notice that my package is delivered. This is a different package. It's not there there's a hundred units where I live I started searching the buildings and I found the three buildings away . I mean how difficult it is it to find a person's apartment number . He probably just threw it anywhere just to go home . I may be getting a package in a couple weeks I hope to God that they're not the ones delivering it. Cuz this one's worth even more money the first two were worth $200 and the other one was $100 this one's going to be worth $300. This is the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. My sister was the one affected by this situation, and it was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Her package was delivered very late at night, around 11 PM. After the driver took a photo as proof of delivery, the package was stolen -- and we strongly suspect it may have been taken by the same person who delivered it. What's even more disappointing is that the company completely refuses to take any responsibility. There was no real support or effort to resolve the issue. I would definitely not recommend this delivery service to anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable. read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. One out of every 3 or 4 deliveries are left at the wrong address. When you go to the SpeedX website, you can advise them that the package was mis-delivered and you will get an email from them if you're lucky telling you that they are looking into the matter and then you never hear from them again. They are such a bad delivery service that they should be classified as a non-delivery service because packages are left at other people's doors. I live in an apartment complex that has over 100 apartments so I can't just walk around trying to find a package. People might have brought them inside already, too. I wish stores would stop using this unqualified delivery service. read more

They claimed they attempted to deliver my package even though there was absolutely no possible way anybody came to my house at all. My dogs let everyone know when someone is here, even from a dead sleep they'll wake up and go and check it out at the very least. If I needed to sign for the package no one knocked or rang the doorbell. I went to attempt some type of customer service claim through them and there is absolutely no way to do so, no phone number and their "chat bot" they claim to have is nonexistent. The company should be called SnailX. They have had my package for 10 days, shipped from 2 states away from me, their AI customer service is like asking a 1 year old "wheres my package". I still have no answer if I will ever get my package before Christmas. The shipper appreciates this feedback, and will not use this service going forward. They don't deliver your packages to your door. And I keep constantly receiving messages saying delivery unsuccessful. And I'm sitting right at home, and they don't even call my phone number to check and see if I'm home. They have done this to me twice. They are an awful company. I've ordered three times from a different company and for some reason speedx are the worst carriers cause I never get my package i've had three incidents with this company delivering my package. They don't take pictures. They never my door. They leave it in the lobby like I'm supposed to know that it's downstairs. I'm on the 10th floor. I don't have this problem with any other carrier, but these people here I hope to God that any other package I get never comes from them. Delivery picture showed packages delivered to a roadside set of mailboxes at 847pm..not any individual residences..no pkgs were found in the morning. We do not know why,we're delivered this way, as this is a community with personal,addresses in ft. Pierce 34982..no way to inform company. read more

Speedx doesn't use GPS so packages are frequently misdirected. Customer Service never picks up they are not customer oriented. They are in for the quick buck. I wish the big retailers would use somebody else. read more

This is the second delivery from Speedx and the say they put it on the porch but if you look at pic its on side walk not porch.Ileft message about i have a box on porch stated for packages and they still leave it in the rain.I will ciontact Temu and tell them if they want to keep my business they need to put my purchases in the box instead of the rain.
