I've been ordering from Temu for awhile now and for the most part, SpeedX was doing fine. The first delivery drivers I encountered didn't know where my house was but they contacted me by phone and I was able to retrieve my packages, as well as point them to where I live. Since then, I haven't had any problems. Today on the other hand, is a different story. I don't know if it's because this delivery driver is new, never delivered to my address before or the heat made him delirious but he delivered my package to someone else's address simply because we share the same house number. (901) You can't get in touch with a real person at SpeedX and even if you submit a complaint through their online robot, you're told someone will get in contact with you but they never do. I had to submit a refund with Temu, who immediately refunded my money back after receiving proof that my address is completely different from wherever it was left. If I knew where it was, I would go get it myself. All I can hope for is the person whose door it was left on, finds a way to return it to me. Otherwise I'll be resubmitting my order but making sure to tell Temu, do NOT use SpeedX. read more

I had a terrible experience with SpeedX. My package was marked as delivered to my apartment locker, but it was never there. The proof of delivery photos showed my building, but the package itself was nowhere to be found. I checked everywhere, and even my apartment management confirmed that items left outside the locker are at risk and not their responsibility. This is especially frustrating because this is the second time I've ordered and SpeedX has messed up the delivery. What's worse is the support experience. After confirming all my details and explaining the situation clearly, I was basically told they couldn't help further just because the package was marked as delivered. I have 5 large signs telling my delivery drivers where to place my packages which is inside a back porch to keep them out of the weather. I the last year, I have found many packages with broken items and they are scattered everywhere at any entrance. I started noticing that most bad deliveries were from Speed X. I enhanced my security and about 4 hours later, I found out why. They literally threw my package against my door (the one that says to place packages INSIDE the porch. This is a disgusting, horrible delivery carrier service. They do not deliver your packages correctly, a lot of the couriers steal your packages. I had a few experiences where it was said that my package was delivered, and of course it was not. For Proof of delivery, the courier took pictures of my building WITH the package still in their hand saying it was delivered. You can still see the delivery van in the picture. Of course, I never got my package BEING that it cant be delivered and it's still in your hand. They blame other people, but it's their own doing the stealing. trying to get in contact with someone is horrible too, and they take forever to email you back. This is the worst carrier ever they don't follow instructions. They leave your packages anywhere. It's horrible. Once any carrier sends a picture saying that the packet was delivered. It is considered delivered even if they don't bring it to your apartment door I have modified and ask them because of my disability if they can, please bring it up to my apartment after they gave me 100% guarantee that they would do that the drivers didn't care and didn't do it so now I am requesting a refund which I'm going through hell so stay away from speed. My roommate ordered a package and it was just delivered. The driver stopped by my bedroom window (still on the road kind of on a turn but right off a busy highway, on the side of my house not where anyone would deliver a package) and there was a flash of light like someone took a picture again from the road directly at my bedroom window. Then I saw another flash of light at the front door, went to figure out what was going on, and saw where they had delivered a package and the same car drive off. My issue is that it's 10 o clock on a Monday night and someone is taking pictures of my bedroom window- regardless of if that was their intent which does sound far fetched. That is what had happened. It's creepy and unnecessary and scary even though I'm sure it wasn't nefarious- it's really weird. I've only had two experiences with this company and both weren't good. read more

Lied about trying to deliver package. $7 package and they want to personally see someone. I have cameras and they NEVER attempted to deliver the two days they lied and said they did.
