I work at a business next to SpeedX, and they are by far the most disruptive neighbor in our entire complex. Despite leasing a unit with only four parking spots, their drivers monopolize the shared lot every morning--blocking overhead delivery doors and taking up spaces reserved for other companies. It is not our fault that SpeedX leased a facility that cannot accommodate its operational volume. Every day, drivers treat the complex like a personal sorting yard: dumping piles of packages directly on the pavement, blasting music, honking constantly, and sprawling across dozens of spaces. On top of that, drivers speed negligently through the lot (cars have already been hit), leave garbage everywhere, and let their dogs leave uncleaned waste in the middle of the pavement. Their tracking claimed multiple delivery attempts at my home, yet my doorbell camera showed no SpeedX driver approaching my residence during those reported attempts. No door tag or delivery notice was left. Even more disturbing, within only hours of the final alleged attempt, my package was reportedly marked for disposal. I was given no meaningful opportunity to arrange redelivery, pickup, or recovery. I contacted SpeedX repeatedly and received contradictory answers. Some representatives told me the package had been returned to the shipper. Others told me it had been destroyed or disposed of. These are completely different outcomes, yet no one could provide a clear, documented explanation of where my package actually went. Instead of independently verifying the parcel's physical location, representatives appeared to simply repeat the same tracking information I was challenging. I asked SpeedX to identify the parcel's last verified physical location, conduct a physical search, and provide documentation showing when and where the package was supposedly destroyed and who authorized it. A carrier should be able to prove where a package was delivered, returned, transferred, or destroyed. Don't ever... EVER use this company I had an international item I bought that ended up in their service which basically ended with them getting an early Christmas. They tried 3 times to deliver my package. 1st time they asked the postal worker if he was at the right location. The worker confirmed he was at the right place, but then the courier just turned around and drive away. The next 2 attempts in guessing they never even tried. You can try contacting them but they have an elaborate system to piss you off and leave you helpless. They recommend their Chatbox... It seems like a decent AI art first but once you get to the point of being transferred to an agent or file a complaint, the bot says it's having problems and can't complete the request. Tried email twice... After a couple days I got 2 separate emails with the same generic message that said they are really busy and to be patient. Tried calling China and nobody answers. Google's a few other numbers in the US which all day their mailbox is full and hangs up. Hell,I even looked up their "pickup" facility and it says that they don't let anybody inside to talk to anybody. Now they are making the package as undeliverable and scheduled for disposal. No attempts to contact me, not even a week off attempts that even if they did, it would be insanity because they didn't change anything... Just marked it as undeliverable. They are slower then the pony express and no where near as reliable as a young man on horse back . My packages are being delivered to a business. Last time I got a text they were on the way that day . I received a text at 7:30 say undeliverable. The next day I stayed at the shop till 7:30 nothing next night they left a signature required package outside the door on the ground . Luckily it was picked up by business next to me .
