If I could give this company zero stars, I would. This has been the worst shipping carrier I have ever used. Please do your due diligence before trusting them with any package. My mistake was allowing them as an option on Vinted -- I removed them immediately and will never use them again. I dropped off a package at a designated drop‑off point on May 29. The tracking shows it was picked up the same day. It is now June 16, and the package has still not been delivered. This shipment was supposed to go from one location in New Jersey to another, yet it has been stuck with no updates for weeks. There is no customer service, no live agents, and no phone number to reach anyone. The only "support" available is an AI bot that repeats the same responses, asks for your email, and no one ever follows up. Their support email is also non‑functional. Packages get lost, delayed, or never delivered, and there is no way to get help. 5 packages and NONE OF THEM DELIVERED. They claimed I signed for them. I demanded a copy of signature and of course they refused. Then they sent me as "proof" a picture of the front of my building, they just downloaded it from GOOGLE MAPS. Then they sent a picture of the labels, as if that meant they delivered it. Second package I ordered is going up and down the east coast, was in my town and then shipped an hour away and then back again, is late, and has been out for delivery since 7:48 AM and it is currently 5:25 PM. They delivered our package to the wrong home not once but twice even after confirming the home in a text message. And now I cannot obtain the package from folks who live down the street. I fell on my way going over to their home this morning and still don't have my package. Do NOT USE Speed X as they are a profoundly unreliable company with very limited customer support and they take zero accountability for their mistakes. Clearly they don't have any experience in the last mile of delivery as they can't even get the final quarter mile correct. They don't speak English when spoken to; they don't read English because their deliveries are rarely correct, they drive up in your driveway and hit other vehicles, over retaining walls, do burnouts, ALL on our Ring video! TODAY delivery lady in van throws my Temu packages out of her window onto cement driveway not anywhere near my front door, and they're in the snow! See photos. SpeedX is engaged along with Amazon in delivering fraudulent shipments. In this case I ordered a portable air conditioner and received a humidifier instead. Amazon refused to give me the name of the seller of the humidifier because they stated they had to protect the privacy of the seller which appears to be SpeedX as in indicated on the box but I ordered it from Amazon and paid them accordingly. I will be reporting Speed X and Amazon to the State of Maryland Attorney General and suggest othet cheated Amazon/SpeedX customers to do the same. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I put specific delivery instructions in my order which they never followed. You cannot speak to anyone or reach anyone and when you send an email there is no response. The last "delivery attempt" they tried to make wasn't able to be completed because their vehicle broke down so they have sent my package back to the merchant. If I ever see that something will be sent via this company I won't buy it-even if I want/need it. They are terrible and I hope merchants realize that while their shipping cost might be less they will loose money because people will not want to deal with this company! read more

Horrible service. I dropped off 3 packages almost 2 weeks ago. I was alerted today that tracking hasn't updated and the 3 customers were going to receive a refund. I ran to the drop center and my packages were still there. I was told the delivery driver stated he can only 2 at a time, their was a pile of packages there. I took back the packages to drop them at another drop off location, can't find one. Mind you i live in Manhattan. Come to find out the site has no customer support live person, or phone number. The site also cannot provide any drop off locations. Had no idea that my package ordered from Amazon had been delivered. No notification! Days later my husband found a flimsy plastic package with our address on a SpeedX label. Instead of being found on our front porch where all other couriers safely leave packages, this package was thrown behind our backyard picket fence where our large dog often "squats". This area is all the way in a long driveway and past our garage. Very odd place to leave a package unless you were casing the property. read more

Incredibly rude delivery people, my roommate ordered a package I wasn't aware any package was coming. Delivery person rang my bell several times, when he gained entry he proceeded to curse me out when I questioned why he was ringing my bell. Could have said he was delivering to my apartment but didn't answer the intercom and just threw the package down on the ground anywhere. I have been waiting for my package since February 20th. It was en route on February 20th, and because I didn't want to miss the delivery window, I stayed home ALL DAY waiting for its arrival, only for it randomly to say "intercepted". It is now March 3rd and I still do not have my package. Here's what SpeedX has done so far: * Attempted delivery at 6:26AM -- their own FAQ states deliveries occur between 8AM-8PM * Promised redelivery on March 1st. I woke up at 5AM and waited the entire day. They never came and silently removed it from my tracking with no explanation * Made it nearly impossible to reach a live agent despite advertising 24/7 support * Sent a generic escalation email on March 2nd promising "immediate" review from their Operations Team -- it is now March 3rd at 10:52AM and I have heard nothing I contacted SHEIN directly to escalate on my behalf and even that has produced zero results. My tracking hasn't moved. No one has called. No one has followed up. This company markets itself as "customer obsessed" -- but they have done everything in their power to avoid their customers. If you have a time-sensitive delivery, do not trust SpeedX with it. Based on the reviews I've read, I am far from the only person this has happened to. Still no package. Still no answers. read more
