I have been waiting for my package since February 20th. It was en route on February 20th, and because I didn't want to miss the delivery window, I stayed home ALL DAY waiting for its arrival, only for it randomly to say "intercepted". It is now March 3rd and I still do not have my package. Here's what SpeedX has done so far: * Attempted delivery at 6:26AM -- their own FAQ states deliveries occur between 8AM-8PM * Promised redelivery on March 1st. I woke up at 5AM and waited the entire day. They never came and silently removed it from my tracking with no explanation * Made it nearly impossible to reach a live agent despite advertising 24/7 support * Sent a generic escalation email on March 2nd promising "immediate" review from their Operations Team -- it is now March 3rd at 10:52AM and I have heard nothing I contacted SHEIN directly to escalate on my behalf and even that has produced zero results. My tracking hasn't moved. No one has called. No one has followed up. This company markets itself as "customer obsessed" -- but they have done everything in their power to avoid their customers. If you have a time-sensitive delivery, do not trust SpeedX with it. Based on the reviews I've read, I am far from the only person this has happened to. Still no package. Still no answers. read more

0.5 stars or zero stars but sadly that's not even and option. My partner and I had an absolutely deplorable experience with Speedx. They delivered our package to the wrong home not once but twice even after confirming the home in a text message. And now I cannot obtain the package from folks who live down the street. I fell on my way going over to their home this morning and still don't have my package. Do NOT USE Speed X as they are a profoundly unreliable company with very limited customer support and they take zero accountability for their mistakes. Clearly they don't have any experience in the last mile of delivery as they can't even get the final quarter mile correct. They are not excellent-they are a company that should no longer be in business. Furthermore they also don't hold their drivers accountable for far below average service. Would like a full refund and a full apology from the CEO and that's the only way the company would ever recover their reputation with me. read more

I have asked numerous times to tell their drivers to stop throwing not only my packages but others in one spot. They throw everyone's packages on the porch of our community's office instead of delivering to individual homes. I have also contacted the BBB. read more

It is a scam. They lost my package and there is northing I can do. There is no customer support. They replaced support personnel with a useless bot that keeps apologizing for inconvenience and promises that an agent will contact me. But nobody ever contacted after several "conversations" with the bot. They have F rating by the Better Business Bureau. There are a lot of people missing their packages. I think, it is just a front for an organization of thieves and robbers. Actual SpeedX business is stealing packages and selling stolen goods. read more

I had a terrible experience with SpeedX. My package was marked as delivered to my apartment locker, but it was never there. The proof of delivery photos showed my building, but the package itself was nowhere to be found. I checked everywhere, and even my apartment management confirmed that items left outside the locker are at risk and not their responsibility. Lied about trying to deliver package. $7 package and they want to personally see someone. I have cameras and they NEVER attempted to deliver the two days they lied and said they did. After waiting 10 days I'm told to wait 3 more. After two days of "out for delivery" just for the driver to lie about trying to deliver it. I live on a normal American street in the city too. SpeedX deserves ZERO stars for lying. People have cameras! And they can't give me pictures of their so called attempted deliveries at my address. Shein should be ashamed for using this courier. This is a disgusting, horrible delivery carrier service. They do not deliver your packages correctly, a lot of the couriers steal your packages. I had a few experiences where it was said that my package was delivered, and of course it was not. For Proof of delivery, the courier took pictures of my building WITH the package still in their hand saying it was delivered. You can still see the delivery van in the picture. Of course, I never got my package BEING that it cant be delivered and it's still in your hand. They blame other people, but it's their own doing the stealing. trying to get in contact with someone is horrible too, and they take forever to email you back. Even though I have them on block on various companies, the companies still use them and I don't understand why. Speedx has no email or phone number to get in touch with them. This is the worst carrier ever they don't follow instructions. They leave your packages anywhere. It's horrible. Once any carrier sends a picture saying that the packet was delivered. It is considered delivered even if they don't bring it to your apartment door I have modified and ask them because of my disability if they can, please bring it up to my apartment after they gave me 100% guarantee that they would do that the drivers didn't care and didn't do it so now I am requesting a refund which I'm going through hell so stay away from speed. My roommate ordered a package and it was just delivered. The driver stopped by my bedroom window (still on the road kind of on a turn but right off a busy highway, on the side of my house not where anyone would deliver a package) and there was a flash of light like someone took a picture again from the road directly at my bedroom window. Then I saw another flash of light at the front door, went to figure out what was going on, and saw where they had delivered a package and the same car drive off. My issue is that it's 10 o clock on a Monday night and someone is taking pictures of my bedroom window- regardless of if that was their intent which does sound far fetched. That is what had happened. It's creepy and unnecessary and scary even though I'm sure it wasn't nefarious- it's really weird. I've only had two experiences with this company and both weren't good. read more

First experience having things delivered via SpeedX. It's not SHEIN or AliExpress's fault - they get things to the US very quickly and with amazing efficiency. And then...out of four deliveries, they manage to bungle 3. One where the driver just claimed delivery and then the package is nowhere. One where the driver just threw it near, but not on, my property and through sheer luck I got it as I was picking up what I thought was litter. And the others?
