When it was my turn it worked well on the back tire but when I got up to check the front, it kept taking air out and left me with an almost flat tire. A nice man came and I asked him if he could help me, so he did. He tried and it wasn't working for him either. Kept getting an "error" on the machine. He told me to go to Ziffy Lube or Walmart. That maybe I had a leak. He was going to get air but changed his mind. This isn't the first time this happened to me at this station or the other ones in town. I was worried about driving it there. They were very nice to me at Ziffy Lube and checked all my tires for me. He even looked in the door to see how much air to put in. This young lady that works there said they get a lot of people getting air in their tires because Kwik Trips air doesn't work and messes it up. I can't believe that it's still doing this many months later. Last time I went there I was having the same issues and had someone come out to look at it. I won't be going there or the others anymore. As the cord isn't long enough or the air doesn't work properly. I thank the gentleman who helped me and Ziffy Lube.

I walked inside and the cashier was supremely unhelpful, the best she could do was write an illegible name on top of my receipt and tell me to call later which I did. The person on the other end had no clue as to whom I was trying to contact and when I explained what had happened proceeded to blame me! He said that it had to have been my fault because I 1, needed to stand at the pump and 2, probably hadn't put the nozzle in properly so, my fault. WRONG. For a couple of reasons. I had JUST told him that I was standing at the pump when it failed, AND I have been pumping my own gasoline for a few decades so I think I understand how nozzle placement works by now! So, despite the fact that I live in the area, and frequent the station for sundries I will now be cutting them off and taking business to one of the other two stations across the road.

Huge walk in cooler, tons of snack options, even super long cables for purchase for charging your phone. The staff was really nice, too, and the bathrooms were kept up well. I went inside to grab some hot lunch while my car was fueling. Everything was fine until I came back out and realized the pump was out of receipt paper. No big deal, I figured....I'll just run back in and ask for a copy. I went to the register and asked the employee (Sammy) if I could get a receipt for pump six. She said yes, but told me I had to go stand at the back of the line again... which was at least eight people deep. That didn't sit right with me, especially since the issue was caused by the pump not being stocked with paper in the first place. It would have taken just a few seconds to reprint the receipt. Instead of waiting all over again, I left feeling pretty annoyed. I normally expect friendly, efficient service at KwikTrip, which is why this stood out so much. Hoping this was just an off day, but definitely disappointing customer service this time.
