One half of the huge place is a place called Boss Burger, which looks like it has a pretty good fast food menu - burgers, Italian beef, fries - I wish I was hungry when I stopped but I wasn't. The other half is a convenience store with about 4 times the amount of everything you'd expect at a decent gas station. Huge walk in cooler, tons of snack options, even super long cables for purchase for charging your phone. The staff was really nice, too, and the bathrooms were kept up well. I'm shocked I'm writing a review for a gas station with a convenience store, but the place definitely deserved it.

I knew the taste was different but thought it was due to a different syrup-carbonation ratio. Today, after a few weeks of 2-3 xl sodas a day (I know, it's not good for me), my wife tasted it and was sure it was regular. We went back to the store and tasted the diet and regular MD and, sure enough, they tasted the same. I asked an employee to check. He did and confirmed they had the regular hooked up to the diet!!! Unbelievable. Imagine if I was a diabetic and relied on their fountain soda machine to be drinking diet soda and the negative health impact that could have had on me. This slowed down my weight loss as well which is very upsetting.

We decided to venture to your Sturtevant store to grab some food. The drive off the highway is a bit and kind of inconvenient, but the store is clean and team is kind so that makes it worth the drive. We grabbed an 8 piece fried chicken then at the register we asked for a family pack of boneless BBQ chicken wings and Allyssa advised she needed to check to see the kitchen was still open to cook those, and we bought a pizza to have cooked as well. We also grabbed some of the best muffins ever..my favorite is the double chocolate chip. What a great team as they handled all of our request and were super polite and professional about it. We went over and sat at the counter and started to eat our fried chicken while we waited for the rest of the food. The counter had a few crumbs, possibly from someone before us, but this store was very clean all around. Many thanks to the whole team for working together.

I went inside to grab some hot lunch while my car was fueling. Everything was fine until I came back out and realized the pump was out of receipt paper. No big deal, I figured....I'll just run back in and ask for a copy. I went to the register and asked the employee (Sammy) if I could get a receipt for pump six. She said yes, but told me I had to go stand at the back of the line again... which was at least eight people deep. That didn't sit right with me, especially since the issue was caused by the pump not being stocked with paper in the first place. It would have taken just a few seconds to reprint the receipt. Instead of waiting all over again, I left feeling pretty annoyed. I normally expect friendly, efficient service at KwikTrip, which is why this stood out so much. Hoping this was just an off day, but definitely disappointing customer service this time.

They had a great selection of single-serve beers and other alcoholic drinks (as well as non-alcoholic too). They had some hot foods like fried chicken, those taquitos on a roller, and lots of other gas station staples. I went with Munchos because they were cheap and they are also soooooo good! When it was my turn it worked well on the back tire but when I got up to check the front, it kept taking air out and left me with an almost flat tire. A nice man came and I asked him if he could help me, so he did. He tried and it wasn't working for him either. Kept getting an "error" on the machine. He told me to go to Ziffy Lube or Walmart. That maybe I had a leak. He was going to get air but changed his mind. This isn't the first time this happened to me at this station or the other ones in town. I was worried about driving it there. They were very nice to me at Ziffy Lube and checked all my tires for me. He even looked in the door to see how much air to put in. This young lady that works there said they get a lot of people getting air in their tires because Kwik Trips air doesn't work and messes it up. I can't believe that it's still doing this many months later. Last time I went there I was having the same issues and had someone come out to look at it. I won't be going there or the others anymore. As the cord isn't long enough or the air doesn't work properly. I thank the gentleman who helped me and Ziffy Lube.

Over $7 for an organic cabbage. They had a couple of "regular" ones that looked like they were from last year. The Kenosha store's produce section is much better. It does have a larger selection of items than anyone else and it seems to be fully staffed.
