We decided to venture to your Sturtevant store to grab some food. The drive off the highway is a bit and kind of inconvenient, but the store is clean and team is kind so that makes it worth the drive. We grabbed an 8 piece fried chicken then at the register we asked for a family pack of boneless BBQ chicken wings and Allyssa advised she needed to check to see the kitchen was still open to cook those, and we bought a pizza to have cooked as well. We also grabbed some of the best muffins ever..my favorite is the double chocolate chip. What a great team as they handled all of our request and were super polite and professional about it. We went over and sat at the counter and started to eat our fried chicken while we waited for the rest of the food. The counter had a few crumbs, possibly from someone before us, but this store was very clean all around. Many thanks to the whole team for working together.

Food wise, they had a trailer which served a variety of food including Krispy Crunchy Chicken, a sit-down restaurant on the 2nd floor, Kringles from a local bakery (I presume), and a Taco Bell! Yaaas! It's bigger than it looks (I know you are, but what am I?) from the outside and reminds me of a Duke's or Love's if you're familiar.

I walked inside and the cashier was supremely unhelpful, the best she could do was write an illegible name on top of my receipt and tell me to call later which I did. The person on the other end had no clue as to whom I was trying to contact and when I explained what had happened proceeded to blame me! He said that it had to have been my fault because I 1, needed to stand at the pump and 2, probably hadn't put the nozzle in properly so, my fault. WRONG. For a couple of reasons. I had JUST told him that I was standing at the pump when it failed, AND I have been pumping my own gasoline for a few decades so I think I understand how nozzle placement works by now! So, despite the fact that I live in the area, and frequent the station for sundries I will now be cutting them off and taking business to one of the other two stations across the road.

They had a great selection of single-serve beers and other alcoholic drinks (as well as non-alcoholic too). They had some hot foods like fried chicken, those taquitos on a roller, and lots of other gas station staples. I went with Munchos because they were cheap and they are also soooooo good! When it was my turn it worked well on the back tire but when I got up to check the front, it kept taking air out and left me with an almost flat tire. A nice man came and I asked him if he could help me, so he did. He tried and it wasn't working for him either. Kept getting an "error" on the machine. He told me to go to Ziffy Lube or Walmart. That maybe I had a leak. He was going to get air but changed his mind. This isn't the first time this happened to me at this station or the other ones in town. I was worried about driving it there. They were very nice to me at Ziffy Lube and checked all my tires for me. He even looked in the door to see how much air to put in. This young lady that works there said they get a lot of people getting air in their tires because Kwik Trips air doesn't work and messes it up. I can't believe that it's still doing this many months later. Last time I went there I was having the same issues and had someone come out to look at it. I won't be going there or the others anymore. As the cord isn't long enough or the air doesn't work properly. I thank the gentleman who helped me and Ziffy Lube.

I ended going there to see if what I wanted was there. I was on of 3 people in the store - it was not busy. They didn't have what I wanted. But I called from in the store and watched the 2 employees purposely hang up the call. A simple call would have avoided this trip but I'm glad I saw what I saw. Good help is hard to find!

I knew the taste was different but thought it was due to a different syrup-carbonation ratio. Today, after a few weeks of 2-3 xl sodas a day (I know, it's not good for me), my wife tasted it and was sure it was regular. We went back to the store and tasted the diet and regular MD and, sure enough, they tasted the same. I asked an employee to check. He did and confirmed they had the regular hooked up to the diet!!! Unbelievable. Imagine if I was a diabetic and relied on their fountain soda machine to be drinking diet soda and the negative health impact that could have had on me. This slowed down my weight loss as well which is very upsetting.
