I didn't have the right tool to get the housing off. Monique was amazing on the phone and was even more so in person. Manny was extremely friendly and willing to help right away. Luckily it was 7:30 in the morning so it was really light. Manny remove the housing for me and replace the bulb and while it might seem like a small thing, it means a lot. The last thing you wanna do is drive around on the road without a turn signal. I wish the best to them both. Then he even went above and beyond, and popped up the hood and put the quarter of oil in my car. I was so nervous and terrified because I had no idea what to do. And my husband was working at the time, plus I had my two baby girls in the car with me and had no clue what would happen if I drove all the way to Scottsdale without getting this done.
