We purchase an alternator with lifetime warranty that went out after 3 months, we took it back and they try to denied the change several times. They said it was not on the system. Luckily We had a picture of the receipt where it showed the stored number and credit card number. Jesus still try to pretend it was not possible to exchange it because it was not on his system and would not admit that it was him or his staff that did the mistake of not entering the correct information on there system or they simply wanted to steal from us and force us to buy a second alternator. Can you believe that, we had a picture of the receipt and a charge on our credit card and they wanted to robbed us. Jesus the store manager even had the audacity to tell my wife that he was going to lunch in two minutes as I was on my way to the store because he was refusing to help her. Horrible customer service at its core. It was only when I told him that I will reach out to corporate, his superiors and review his service on all the platforms available that he magically was able to exchange the warranty and found the transaction on the system. So if you want horrible service and want your money at risk, this is the store to shop at. Take a picture of your receipt because they will make you buy the part again to stay on business with your money.

I took my 42' Class A motorhome In for annual service and…read moreto have a fairly minor repair to the engine cooling. In my last visit I had to have the radiator rebuilt, as the service salesman reported to me that it was totally clogged. That repair took several weeks to be completed which the service salesman blamed on the 3rd party radiator shop. My share of the financial blame came out to $5745.81! This visit was to have a troublesome leak at the radiator cap which I felt was part of the previous work that surfaced during our summer trip. The service salesman's stand- in called me the next day advising that the work was completed. We drove to the shop to pick up the coach, paid our bill, and headed for home with my wife following behind the coach in our (toad) Jeep. Within 10 miles my wife noticed that the coach was leaking coolant. When I got home, I sent an email to the service salesman about the problem, and he quickly responded, asking me to survey the situation, and they would take care of it. I researched the symptoms on the web, consulted with the coach builders engineers, and did my own assessment, having had a lifetime of experience with mechanical issues, plus a very successful career in Hi-tech. (I'm retired and 72 y. O. I reported back to the service salesman that I had found that the replacement radiator cap installed by the Velocity technician was missing the upper gasket. He had asked me to do an assessment and go let him know. I double checked my sources and confirmed that this was THE problem. We drove down to velocity and I visited with the service salesman in his office. I told him what I had found, and he responded that my assessment was wrong. We discussed my offerings, which he denied. He agreed to to adjust the cost of the cap, $46.25 (vs the $12.00 for the correct one with both gaskets that I purchased on the way to Velocity because I knew they were hard to find) but didn't adjust the labor charge of $194.00. To change the radiator cap. He told me the labor charge was because the technician had to replace the missing overflow hose. I responded that the hose was in place prior, and was still there because it was filthy. We ended our meeting at this point. Please do not trust or use this provider unless you no other choice, and be aware that you will be overcharged !
