They seldom have common medications in stock and the wait time is 3-4 weeks to get a common medication in stock. Then the fun begins. you receive a text telling you that the medication is ready for pick up. When you arrive, the say that it is out of stock but promise a shipment in the next 2-3 days and that a second text will be received. This does not happen. They confuse drugs which could be devastating for trusting souls who assume that the pharmacy got it right. If you use the store, always get the name of the person at the window or on the phone. Average wait time for a call to go through is 45 minutes to 1.5 hours and then a disconnect. Go elsewhere.....

I was unaware they closed at 6 and I think I got to the counter around 6:02 but they were nice enough to open up for me and take the prescription. They said they would fill it in the morning. I got a text message the next day and was able to pick up my prescription in the afternoon with no issues. They took my insurance information and it was quick and easy.. I really haven't been to this location in over a decade but when I was younger my parents lived near here so I would come occasionally for photo prints or Redbox. If that doesn't tell you how long it's been, I don't know what will. It doesn't seem like it's been updated in all that time but so far my recent experience has been good so I think I will keep using them for my pharmacy.

I usually try to support the smaller businesses in our town whenever possible, but despite having lived just across the street from this store for over a decade, I had to stop coming here a long time ago because I always felt taken advantage of after seeing a few extra dollars sneak their way onto my bill. I wish that when I was a teenager/young adult shopping here, that I had known about the process of reporting instances of fraud like this to the California Department of Consumer Affairs, or the Division of Measurement Standards. These agencies prevent pricing discrepancies like the ones commonly found here, but I never kept my receipts as evidence when I did shop here (I didn't know it was an option at the time). But after having a close friend of mine share a similar story after going here recently, I felt that writing a review to warn others would be necessary. And I included the names of those agencies to let anyone who's been in my position with this business know that your voice can be heard, and that we as a collective of wronged individuals can seek justice by simply sharing our voices to those agencies. We as individuals would not need to go through the effort of filing suit or going to small claims court, as just making a report to those agencies and providing evidence can trigger an investigation. Even a few reports could have the individuals who are responsible facing serous fines if the investigation is fruitful. And if a lot of people made reports? That could trigger a class action lawsuit. I encourage anyone reading who has had similar experiences to me at this business, to take pictures of your receipts next to the in-store prices, and report any discrepancies to the agencies mentioned above.

We needed to make an order through Amazon and have it received at a locker and this location fit the bill. As soon as you walk inside, walk to your right and follow the perimeter of the store and you'll soon see them. It was easy for my husband to have the barcode scanned from his phone to get the locker to open. But the lady in front of us had trouble using the touch screen to try to get her package. Anyways, after we got our item, we decided to get some ice cream. We ended up getting: Double scoop of ice cream, $3.79- We opted to have this served in a bowl instead of a cone. We picked butter pecan and pistachio. The portion size of each scoop is pretty big and the ice cream was pretty good. What really surprised me is that for 2 large scoops, this was still cheaper than the single scoop that my husband and I had at Baskin Robbins the day before. You really can't beat good ol' Thrifty ice cream. But I do want to mention that you can't try a sample of the ice cream like you can at Baskin Robbins though. The one employee who helped us (he directed us to the Amazon Lockers when we first came in) with our ice cream was very nice and friendly. But the girl who initially helped us with the ice cream (and then switched places with this male employee for the register while he scooped up our ice cream) wasn't nearly as helpful or enthusiastic. Overall, we had a pretty positive experience and will definitely be back for some more ice cream in the near future.
