On Sunday 11/9/25 around 5:30pm your Raley's store in Morada was very busy. Two of your employees really stood out that day and represented the high quality service Raley's is known for and keeps my family and I coming back to our favorite neighborhood grocery store for the past 8 years. I had trouble finding an item I never shopped for and one of your employees on the floor Steven asked if I needed help and he personally walked me clear across the store to the item instead of just giving me an isle number. The self checkout line was longer than usual, but your employee at that station who's name I didn't catch, noticed that I was carrying frozen items with my bare hands and personally helped to check me out. I do understand that most people only contact or rate companies when they have bad experiences, but I wanted to take the time to commend your two employees for taking their personal time to go out of their way to make their customers happy. I've noticed that your team at Morada has always provided amazing customer service. Even your armed security guards have asked and helped me find items. A team like this more than likely has a great team leader who also deserves praise. read more

I love this Raleys! I was able to get what I needed to when I needed to, quickly! They were very spacious and had SO many cake and cupcakes options I was in love! They also have an amazing deli but something about this one in Stockton gives the best safest nicest setting out of all of them. Bonus points! After doing self check out, I noticed my keys weren't in my purse. I RAN back in and the sweet lady at the front of self checkout help on to them for me! What an angel!!! This review is specifically for their deli sandwiches ! First off , their veggies are super fresh and I like the assortment of breads and sauces you get to choose from. I got mustard and a spicy Sriracha cream sauce . They also had pepperoncinis. My bread was a cheese / Parmesan bread that tasted great ! The sandwich was made well and with care . I wish they had fresh sliced avocado as opposed to the guacamole like spread ! I also feel 10.99 was too expensive for a 6 inch , but I really wanted to try....I would get this if I needed a meal quick as it was filling but due to the price I will not be frequenting . read more

I used to love love Raley's back in the day! love their customer service on check out. We went there this morning, no cashier on stand only self check out! The Lady are so snotty tell us what to do self check out! very snotty. The store is high price we pay high price!! Their prices are way too high for the service and quality you get. Their produce has been noticeably bad lately, I had to throw out multiple cartons of strawberries and raspberries I bought there because they were fake-ripe. And other things like cereal and bread are twice the price of other grocery stores. Also this location almost always has long lines, and is crowded. read more

I truly love ordering sandwiches from the Raley's deli on Morada Lane. The sandwiches are as fresh as can be and you can request whatever you want on your sandwich. I have even asked for the low sodium turkey to be used and they had no problem substituting the low sodium for me, which makes all the difference in the world when buying a sandwich for someone who has to watch their sodium intake. The low sodium turkey along with Swiss cheese is the perfect sandwich. Well as perfect as you can get when ordering food from a deli instead of making it at home. There will still be a lot of sodium, just not nearly as much as a sandwich would have if it had regular lunch meat and any other cheese basically. (I don't want to say something that can possibly lead a person in a false direction, so please check out sodium levels for yourself) Anyways the sandwiches have always been great and they're a great price as well. You can also add a soup or chips and a bottle of water for $1.50. I don't remember the exact cost of the sandwich. It's around $8 I believe. There is hot and cold sandwiches. Also there are some that they have created that you can choose from and also build your own as well. The people are very friendly and accommodating so this is definitely a great choice for a place to pick up a quick lunch. read more

Raley's dyes there meat! I bought the raleys 2 packs of beef today and came home to cut them into smaller pieces to see this. I've heard of places doing this but never seen it for myself until today. It's brown in the middle and pink on the outside, it's dyed meat and both packs looks like this cutting into it-they both have an expiration date or 01/20/2023, I'm disappointed. read more

Almost 30 days expired meat trays. I actually put these all in a cart and took them to the cashier and told her they are all expired. I go back a couple days later to find them back on the shelf! Yuck!! The ham is WHITE! (Normally it's pink in these trays.) The deli fridge had a bunch of expired salsas and guacamoles and the packaged produce in the produce coolers were as well. It was extremely slow when I was in (after 8pm) and the cashiers and baggers up front were just chatting it up.....as a former manager of a retail store....PUT THEM TO WORK! See what departments need help and send them there. It's called teamwork. There's no excuse for this! I hope somebody didn't get sick from these. read more

So im a big foodie. But im always visiting the deli & coffee section at Raleys. My favorites from the deli are the Club Mediterranean pasta & loaded potato salad. They always have the best selections that are fully packed with nutritional choices which I love. One of the most friendliest employees at Raley's Jose has always made me feel welcome and greets every customer with so much enthusium. He truly exceeds Raley's standards and holds true to the values of making each customer feel like a part of the store. I also got to meet a new employee who made my Carmel Javiva from from Peet's. I unfortunately did not get his name although I noticed it started with an R lol. I noticed he was a great barista and made the drink to perfection. He was very accomadating and very helpful. This has been the friendliest supermarket for me since it opened, The original staff was friendly and helpful... Then reality set in. Fast forward a bunch of years (+/-12) and this neighborhood supermarket is not friendly at all. First they started to send the original staff to work at other stores as a disciplinary thing. I know this because my kid worked here for a summer break from college. Then they decided to close one of the entrances, ok not a big deal but still inconvenient, now it seems that they have reduced staff even more. Just watched as the clerk (Dela) couldn't be bothered to check a woman's full cart and expected her to do it at the self checkout or wait to shop when more staff is at work at 8:30a, yeah she said that, even though they open at 6a. She was really upset that the woman wouldn't go to the self checkout lanes. So I waited too. Do better Raley's. read more

If you use a discount prescription app (such as GoodRx) Raley's will not honor their own advertised price. They flat out refuse to even run the GoodRx discount card. They will instead offer to use a substitute discount card that charges you almost double Take your business to Walmart, Safeway, or Costco. All of those honored the price they advertised through GoodRx for the exact same medication Edit: I spoke to a GoodRx representative and was told Raley's is contractually obligated to accept the GoodRx discount card and what they did may actually be illegal under state false advertising laws read more

I went here early one morning to get some baked treats for a staff meeting. I was in a hurry and grabbed a tray of cinnamon rolls. I continued to the self-checkout line, but couldn't get the transaction done. The barcode was on top of the tray, instead of the bottom (which meant I would have to flip the whole tray over to scan the code- which will mess up the cinnamon rolls). Angelica could tell I was in a hurry, and offered to ring me up so that I didn't have to wait in line. She was very attentive and thoughtful! I really appreciated it. Also, shoutout to Ruby who works in Peet's Coffee. She was friendly, has a beautiful smile, and made a delicious Chai Tea Latte! I'd definitely come here again! read more

6/6/19 - This is a huge store, so be prepared to do a lot, I mean a lot of walking!! I tried their Rubicon (Tri-tip) hot panini this evening, it was good, but I remember the Raley's in El Sobrante, CA, calling it something else. That sandwich had more flavor and it had a little barbecue sauce on it. When I got home I realized that my panini needed lettuce and tomato, so it would be better as a sandwich. I will go back and try some of their other sandwiches and the price for them is comparable to other stores at $7.00. This store had the widest selection of sodas, juices and waters that I have ever seen!!! Some of the prices on various items were a little steeper than most stores, but everything looked fresh. The next open cashier was down a ways so I used the self-checkout which I rarely use because I feel like it keeps someone from having a job. That's my own personal opinion. Looks nice inside, but outside not so much. Prices are actually not that great even during most sales. Employees on the floor seem nice. The employees over the phone could use some help...one was completely unhelpful and seemed like she hates her job, while the other lied about something being in stock and caused me to waste my time. Person working at the door just stares at you as you walk in (weird). Food seems fine, but not always great quality. You'd probably be better off going elsewhere to be honest. If you have to shop here, just be careful and aware I guess. read more

Well there's a front self service cashier name KIM who is not very nice to people. My husband and I have had to separate incidents with her on two totally separate occasions not even knowing until I told him how she treated me. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the Raley's grocery store because I used to shop there with my grandparents as a child. But this year they have let me down twice when it came to special order cakes for my boys. In May they flat out lost my order and replaced it with 2 crappy cakes. Then this weekend they call me 5 hours before my pick up time to tell me they can't finish my youngest sons cake. I was so pissed I was willing to drive all the way to Lodi to get a cake. This rally's is super nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the deli is so bomb (excuse my 90's lingo). They make the sandwiches how you want or there are pre made ones. I had a roast beef with veggies, avocado, cheese and horseradish on a Dutch crunch roll. The price is very reasonable( cheaper than subway) and tastes better too. They use fresh ingredients everyday. I have been to the deli a hundred times for their fresh sliced meat, (fancy meat as we like to call it) and it's always bugged me how the sliced meat is shoved in the bag, it breaks apart when you try to make sandwiches because it's tangled up. The link to call with problems leads to a 3rd party service who take no responsibility and tell you to call the store. Calling the store gets you Simone who is rude and unhelpful and says that no refunds can be done today and no managers are working and that somehow calling on Thanksgiving will be the best method. Also, their cake prices are not bad at all !! I just got my son's the Cars cake and I did half chocolate and half white with chocolate mousse filling on the white and vanilla filling on the chocolate for no additional cost !
