This is our second time here and I must say what a nice surprise! This hidden gem located in this gas station/market is a wonderful find! This first time we visited was a couple weeks ago, we were greeted by a very nice young man who took our order, we got the chef salad and it was huge!!! Ate off this fresh salad for 3 days, and it was so full of fresh meats and lettuce we loved it!!! Returned today with the family and the same nice young man helped us, we ordered the fish and garlic fries- very fresh thick piece of fish with just the right batter. Ordered the grilled Ruben it was packed with meat and the Big Burger was huge! The garlic fries are to die for!!! Not to mention beer and shots on tap, great little place to hang out! Pretty good food at the restaurant inside. I give them 4 starts because its a little pricey, but its good food so you get what you pay for. They carry wide variety of food and drinks in their store. Its basically a mini grocery with the price of convenience. Glad to have them as a stop on my way home. read more

The staff here is always ready and willing to help me. They are always friendly and remember who I am. I shop here about once per a week. They have the best beer selection and a very decent amount of hard alcohol that would rival and large chain grocery store. I only fill my truck with Chevron and they are also a Chevron station. The owner must think you are supposed to gain a 30%+ gp off your gas price or that the oil embargo is still in occurrence. Gas is consistently around $1 more per a gallon here. That aside, the car wash is great because it's new tech that doesn't grind dirt into your paint. That is a fair price. Just need to get used to how it operates. Hey Orlando, maybe you could capture that commuter traffic that flies by your store every day if your gas price was at all competitive. Other than that I recommend anyone stop in and browse the store for basic needs or alcohol. read more

Orlando's is open 24 hours, has a gas station, car wash, deli, and also a subway. It's pretty much your one stop for everything. I've tried a few a things off the lunch menu, and thought it was better than the competing market, Rinaldis, down the street. A few funny things: -I'm pretty sure the stock photo they use for the hamburger is a BK whopper lol -there's both a deli and a subway inside -you can even order beer at the deli and enjoy a cold one inside -there's four tvs on the wall just in the deli alone Food was good especially given the area. None of the items on the deli menu stood out from another with probably the deli sandwich being the most commonly ordered. There's some indoor seating that was very well kept and clean. I was walking in to change some lottery scratchers to buy snacks. when I was trying to lose my girlfriend in the store because she could not stop tickling me I was approached by a employee by the name of Debbie. She said,"don't forget to pay for that on the way out!". I replied ," oh....Hahahaha " because I thought she was joking. After my awkward laugh she stated ," don't think I didn't saw when u put that candy bar in ur back pocket". So there I was in shock that this employee thought I was stealing. AND SHE WAS THE ONE THAT CHANGED MY LOTTERY SCRATCHERS. I love the store, the deli and the staff. The store is always clean and tidy, staff is always friendly. Linden is a small town, and options are limited. I went into the store on 3/25/19 at 3:50 pm. What do I hear? The owner yelling and literally cussing at his staff at the registers. I was so embarrassed for them as they watched customers come into the store while he is cussing at his staff. I like that Orlando's stays open late, especially when I have a late night snack craving. The deli and grill are both pretty good. I love the wide selection of beverages the store has to offer and all the shelves are fully stocked. I just wish Subway would reopen because they had some of the best employees ever! I'm not a fan of Rinaldi's sandwichs (cost too much for too little of a sandwich). Orlando's is one of the two large supermarkets located in Linden. They open 24 hours and are located across Linden High school. Their deli is a great place to have lunch whenever you stop by. They even have a Dreyer's for ice cream inside of the store for dessert afterward for those craving sweets. I like the overall store.. The manager was great offering to order a certian kind of chip when they didn't have it in stock.. The sandwich area is the reason I give it a 4. The young Caucasian lady with a bun and glasses was very rude when we had a misunderstanding in the kind of sandwich i wanted. When I went and told her she got an attitide right away and when I asked to speak with someone else, she rudely said theres no one to speak to.. Last Sunday, October the11th, I drove from Valley Springs to Linden to pick up my friend Doris to have lunch at Orlando's. It wasn't our first time at Orlando's, never have been dissapointed. As we were standing at the counter making our selections and getting ready to settle, the cashier got a signal from someone and we were told, that lunch has been paid for by someone. We were speechless, in shock. No one would tell us, who this generous, good-hearted person was. As we were finishing our delicious sandwiches, a young employe walked up to our table and presented my friend and myself each with a beautyful fall bouquet of flowers. Still we don't know the person whom to thank for this wonderful generousity. God bless you, you have a good heart. One of the greatest places to shop for alcohol, super friendly employees, always greeting me and making sure I'm okay, the cashiers are so kind, I travel from valley springs to Pleasanton and in the morning I get nice smiles from the girls and when I go later at night I also get smiles, it's honestly amazing and the deli is great! The garlic fries are so yummy! And for dessert... ice cream from dryers! The boss is very interactive with customers and even knows some by their names! Being newer to this area coming here has helped me "fit in" I honestly think you could just go and sit in the deli and make new friends. Not sure what this place thinks it's doing. But the way they treat their customers and staff are just very poor. Whoever is really in charge of this place needs to get it together. Rinaldi's has been in this town for many, many years and this place always seems empty. Yet the store down the street is always busy. I don't think they would be in business here if wasn't for their overpriced gas that seems to be kept at low levels so you end up with sediments in your gas tank. I plan on never stepping foot back in this place. I witnessed them firing an employee today, and they had other employees do it and the owner was hiding in the office refusing to speak with the employee in person. I would suggest getting your gas elsewhere to avoid expensive repair bills. This place was nice when it was first built, then it went downhill bad, then they tried building it back up again. Missed the mark as far as I am concerned. Won't be shopping there ever again. read more

I just started going to Orlando's a few months ago. Boy have I been missing out. This place is awesome. They have the best breakfast sandwiches. I've also had a deli sandwich and it also was good. The owner is completely unprofessional and rude. On Christmas this last year I was in buying a few last minute items and a relative of mine walked in. This relative is not allowed in the business, though I can not control his actions. The owner Sam proceeded to kick him out which is completely understandable. My issue is when I checked out he yelled "your on thin ice too lady" to which I told him I am a frequent paying customer who never caused any issues, to which he got even louder and said "don't F*%^ with me lady". After that I asked why he was actin this way and on Christmas no less and he responded by calling me the equivalent of a female dog and other very hurtful and damaging names. He did this in front of all other customers and employees, with a shouting tone. I was a frequent customer but never will I shop somewhere that treats their regular paying customers his way just because someone in my family made mistakes it doesn't mean I did or give him the right. Don't shop here if you don't enjoy being accused of false actions and gossiped about.
